[ DIP ]:     sender guides the receiver into an elegant, graceful dip, lowering them down while keeping a steady hand supporting them against their lower back.

The moon was quite beautiful that night; especially bright, and acting as the perfect spotlight for a certain pair. A slow, steady pace is what they decided to set for themselves— despite this, it didn’t stop them from flinging comment after comment at the other. Their pace would speed up, then slow down depending on the amount of tension between them, but it isn’t like it was hard for either of them keep up.

Gwen had made their way over to Richter’s castle only a few hours prior, though this time it wasn’t for work. Surely he knew they were here, but for safe measures they did their best to avoid him. And before he knew it, he and Ryuuto were out in the garden, practically dancing the night away. It was nice, calming— Even through the pair’s constant teasing.

What Gwen didn’t account for though, was the chance that Ryuuto would pull a move like this. A simple slip up on their part, but now one that had their cheeks heating up just a bit as they gawked at him. They had been dipped… But this was even lower than anyone else they’ve danced with. It had them practically clinging onto the other, and they could do nothing but stare back at him. The way his eyes burned into theres was almost enough to fluster them. And it would have, if they didn’t pry their eyes away from his, instead focusing on the hairs falling in front of his face. What he did succeed in though was rendering them speechless— They couldn’t thing of a proper retort in a situation like this. Though there was an attempt. Yet no matter how bratty they tried to sound, Ryuuto had finally gotten the upper hand.

“Well now… If I knew you wanted to have me cornered like this, I would have suggested a different pass time…”
