i just wanted to provide some thoughts on the harper and rosé one first bc its important to me 😌 cus i was thinking abt harper and how in my head and heart of hearts she would be the kid who thought you get pregnant from kissing and i dont think she ever really grew out of that belief. <- this ended up spawning the idea of harper being a sex-repulsed ace and i will die on this hill actually. fight me or die, you die either way actually nvm

this is just a buncha blorbos i dont know what to tell you really. sketch pages like these always end up so weird for me bc for some reason my brain always wants the characters in them to interact in some way. whether that be talking or just reacting to what the other is doing... its something i cant stop with, its so stupid and silly and i hate it and i love it. where else would i see kabru slowly losing his mind with how loud phoenix wright is in court????

first of all, and for the sake of context that will be relevant later, i need to point out that victor actually resents his julius. i talked about it before, but i also translated some of the short story parts here (i will post the full thing... some day. when i figure out what to do with the 5% i have yet to translate because it doesn't have a good equivalent in english)

julius' first apparition in rays happens in arc 1, so it got actually covered by the localization here; victor, however, doesn't appear until arc 3

as for meaningful interactions, i would highlight the moment that they meet. ludger is fighting alongside victor, and julius realizes who victor is instantly (because of course he would). victor had actually been keeping it low until this point, asking other characters to cover up for him so he could avoid the people from his original world (not specifically his fractured dimension, but elympios as a whole). julius confronts victor about it later, once they are alone. things more or less continue like in this scene (which is from his second skit here)

the earlier scene (or interrogation in victor's words) becomes relevant once the rainbow bridge appears (rays lore), in this scene in which victor throws those words back at julius. there are a few more details on this part (like i mentioned in this post), but sadly i only have very small excerpts translated for it

there's also some interactions between them in bisley's recruitment event (like this scene) and later in the asteria!elle event (like this other scene). oh, and this login bonus too

and... that should cover it? yeah that shows the gist of their relationship in rays at least 👍 (or relationship in general... they never met in x2 and asteria is an au so it doesn't really count)
