| "Shut Up" Kiss starters

Rhodes foot was ideally bouncing as the music was running playbook in hand as he had kept in time with the beat of the music. That the sound crew seemed to be fiddling with. Rhoads eyes never once left the script in his hands as he was mouthing along to the lines. He had it memorized pretty easily, sometimes being a pigeon well part in his case was truly a blessing when it came to memorizing things.

It was more the emoting side that Rhodes was struggling with it seemed. Not that he would tell that much blame it on being new. So, he was given more practice time well others continued on thier own work.

"Sup, Chitty chatty" Rhodes said before dropping his head back to look up at Charlie smiling a bit "Get it cause you never talk." he teased because of course Charlie talked, he just didn't talk much and even when he did he tend to speak in a very soft hush tone. "B-note will be here soon they just wrapping up with something." Rhodes continued with when he got that expression from Charlie he was seeking out. When asked why Rhodes was sitting in the seats he handed over his script. So they could see the label on the copy that had his name on it along with the character he was playing. Rhodes smiling proudly as he waited for Charlie to take it.

"Cause I am the star of the play you see." Rhodes boasted, but for once he had the right todo show. He was one of the leads, playing the son of the main cast. A story about a strained father and son relationship. If the character had same name as him it be more like be struck by lighting and not striking close to home. Of course the drama teacher could n ever know just how much she was right when she told Rhodes he was perfect for this role.

Well aware of the look on Charlie's face he smiled, he knew how worried the big rooster had been about him lately willing to do pretty much anything for him. Last thing Rhodes need was them getting ideas again though. "I'm gonna be the star of the show" Rhodes muster his best smile as he looked at Charlie hand to his chest as he bragged. Anything that showed Charlie he made the right choice is not dropping music just for Rhodes to have it.

Moving to sit up on his knees so he could twist around and better look at the rooster. One arm resting over the back of the seat as he used his free hand to frame the side of his own face. "Can you blame them for picking me over all though? I basically radiate star energy after all." Seeing how he was often called a star by both his boyfriends didn't help his claim either.

"Why I gotta sit out so I can store and save all that energy for the stage." Arm dramatically waved out towards said stage.

Where the stage crew seemed to be messing around with the lighting at the moment well some of the ensemble was busy practicing on the stage at the same time. "They know I will easily outshine them all so best to figure all the lighting and-" Rhodes beak stopped running the moment he felt Charlie's own resting against his. For just a small fleeting moment as the rooster started to pull away Rhodes physically moved forward chasing after Charlie's kiss. Only stopping when he felt he would fall over from the chair he was sitting in before he opened his eyes and fixed Charlie with a glare.

"Aw come on! You can't just kiss me to shut me up and not make it count. That's just rude tuna fish." Rhodes said expressing his annoyance and making it clear he knew what the kiss was for in the first place. As he snagged his script book back from Charlie. "Savor that kiss Charles cause I ain't smooching you till I know all my lines flawlessly." He peered over to the rooster a moment "Ya know unless you want another one right now?"
