Funnily enough, pretty much all of them, I think. Or at least, they wouldn't be afraid to do it.

Like-- Ghost Doesn't Care. For one, they can probably just see and interact with any spirits in the building thanks to the Dream Nail, but even if they can't, they wouldn't be bothered. They also don't need to sleep, so if they need to fight off evil ghosts for an entire night, then ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ they will dgdhshdhf. No big deal, they've done it before!

Only thing is that I don't think they'd be all too interested in the "reward" for doing it. If that was their only reason to do it, then they might just not bother. 20 Geo isn't much, and even if that amount was higher, they probably wouldn't be in desperate need of it. For a Charm or something though, or to help someone out? Yeah they'd do it!

Similarly, Papyrus would also be fine with it! Ghosts are just a natural species of monster in his world(s)! Nothing to be afraid of! Undyne even has one as a neighbour!! ...Are you just inviting him to a sleepover with them in an unnecessarily weird and mysterious way? Dgshddhfhs. But also similarly, I don't think he'd care too much about 20G? Though also actually, while Paps wouldn't be afraid of ghosts because they're just People to him, uh. That also means you're asking him to spend the night with a bunch of People he's never met before. Which! Is pretty Weird! And also maybe a little Suspicious if you're trying to bribe him with 20G to make him do it. And also if you're asking him to break into a ghost monster's house while they're not there and sleep in it then uh No, he's not committing Ghost Crimes dgshdhfs. So I could see him refusing just based on that! But he could also be convinced to do it pretty easily. Depends on the context and who's asking him to do it, I guess.

Kirby also would absolutely do it! Those ghosts in that building are just new friends for him to make! He's not concerned about them being malicious in the slightest---even if they were, he knows he's more than strong enough to handle it. But also once again, I don't think he'd care about the money dgshdhf. If he's offered food for it though? Oh absolutely he's doing it. Though even just the idea of new friends and a comfy place to sleep might be enough for him.

Meta Knight... Actually he'd probably be more interested if the ghosts were malicious. Powerful enemies he can fight and test his skills against? Hell yes sign him up. And if they pose any sort of threat to Dream Land or Planet Popstar as a whole? No need to tell him twice, he's investigating it immediately. But otherwise, he probably wouldn't be interested. He has more important things to do.

Magolor is. Interesting. I do think it could be funny if he was afraid of ghosts, but I'd have to check his dialogue again to see if there's anything that would support or go against that. He'd want to avoid the possibility of getting possessed ever again for sure. And if those ghosts happen to be at all Dark Matter-related then he is definitely staying the hell away from there. However! He's also my one muse who would be the most interested in the money being offered. So I could see him doing it just for that. His magic should be more than strong enough to fight off any aggressive spirits, at least.

Rouxls, I'm... Not completely sure. Maybe it depends on who's asking him? If it's a teenager or a child, like someone from the Fun Gang, then he probably wouldn't have time for their "childish games". If it's an authority figure he's already trying to suck up to? Yeah, absolutely he will in order to please them, but frankly he'd do pretty much anything they ask. Anyone else? ...I'm still leaning toward No, because he has work to do, especially if this is when he's still working for King and thus is already extremely overworked. But maybe if he needed the money?? I'm not sure.

I could see Kay doing it just for fun, I think. Though if anything I think it'd be more likely for her to be the one making the $20 offer to someone like Sebastian dgshshf

GLaDOS is the only one that would 100% be a No, and I don't think there's anything you can do to convince her otherwise. I'm... Not sure how she feels about ghosts, actually---yes, she's a woman of Science, but I could also totally see Aperture (or at least Cave Johnson) believing in ghosts specifically because they want to find some way to exploit them lmao. And I mean. Cave did mess around with alternate universes, so like-- that feels at least Somewhat similar??

Regardless, whether or not the building has ghosts in it isn't the problem. GLaDOS herself is a massive building, so uh. Good luck getting her inside it dgdhshf. Technically you could remove her core from her chassis and stick that in the building, but uh. No. Absolutely not. She's never agreeing to that. That's where the real problem is dhsshhff. Even if she remains in her core and isn't turned into a potato again, she's still pretty much helpless since she can't really move. If you're going to remove her from her body, you'll have to do it by force. And besides, she has Important Testing to do instead, thank you very much. And actually, what perfect timing, as it seems she's just found her next test subject! You.

Caroline I could see doing it, if only because Aperture was desperate for money. But as GLaDOS? No way.
