Does anyone else find the scene of Conis getting "God's Judgement" on Angel Island very reminiscent of Lulusia getting wiped off the map?

While I don't think they have anything to do with each other story-wise, I find it super interesting how the very arc where they deal with a self-proclaimed god, his powers are mimicked further in the story but on a much larger scale, and still done by a "higher existence" (Imu isn't a "god" per se but they're said to be the "supreme leader"; someone above Celestial Dragons who claim to have the creator's blood- so not that far off from the concept of "god" tbh).

Along with the foreshadowing (?) of Gear 5th, Skypiea feels like a miniature version of the entirety of world in the future. Giant craters and perceived "gods" fighting with hopes/dreams on the line (-> the ringing of the giant belfry (song of the island) signifying the existence of what was thought to be myth, symbolized by the City of Gold and maybe, also the One Piece?) as the final end to the battle.
