TODD. the ability to question the status quo. Todd finds people who follow the flow and expectations of society very boring and mundane. He admires people who reject expectation, conformity, as well as have the ability to think for themselves. Don’t be mistake though, Todd by no means support idiots who believe in conspiracy theories or question things like science. He’s talking specifically about societal standards, politicians, institutions, and other things. 

He also values people who are emotionally driven rather than logically driven. He values that kind of heated passion in friends, family, partners, and others as a whole. He sees logical driven people as people who ignore their heart in favour for remaining poised and proper. He cannot see the value in not allowing yourself have an outlet for your emotions, even if you only ever let out the negative ones. 

He admires strength, but strength in the underdog and not the overt strength. For example, he values the unassuming showing their power and strength. He finds no value in the strength that is projected on others by the ‘big guns’ –– institutions and individuals alike. However, if you’re small, unassuming, undervalued, underestimated, and you display strength of ANY KIND, his admiration for you will increase exponentially. 

these are things Todd values about himself as well. So very naturally these are things he admires in others as well.
