This seems to be an uncommon opinion but thank god SSO is making (what appears to be) serious headway into the story.

For years it felt like it had stalled out. It was valid wanting main characters and villains to be visually updated before continuing, but it slowed things down.

I'm glad they aren't going "we need to update Mr. Sands, Darko is a pretty old model compared to the Dark Riders, Avalon really needs an update, so does Pi, etc"

Because yes it absolutely would look better if everyone had the same number of polygons. And yes it WOULD be great if SSO picked up those threads mentioned throughout the main story. But if they did that and got all those map areas that had been brought up in the story quests then it'd be another 10 years of filler in the main story until they can 'wrap up'

And honestly I'm tired of waiting. This isn't even an impatience thing, this is a "I've played this game for 10+ years and at this point I don't care how it's wrapped up, as long as it IS wrapped up."

Probably helps that I don't expected a 'satisfying' ending from SSO, I just want AN ending to the main story. I expect Garnok to be 'defeated' and for the Soul Riders to be victorious, probably through the power of friendship. That's all I'm expecting.

i assume you're talking about the au, but loop probably wouldn't do that. wish craft already gave them a screwed up version of their wish of getting them outta there by putting them in isat siffrin's loop and expecting them to help him get out (spoilers: they have no clue either and are lying through their teeth).

but i think if push comes to shove, loop could potentially make a wish when siffrin disappears on everyone in Act 5. maybe something along the lines of "i wish i could take his (isat siffrin's) place", since they're almost exactly the same.

the Universe would probably answer with the same kindness given as before.

My laptop is on it's last leg

Hey y'all i don't really know how to make this fancier or whatever, and i'm too exhausted to. But my 5+ year old laptop is dying and it's my only source of income at the moment. Okay, hear me out:

Bobby does not believe he should have survived the Minnesota fire that killed his family and Amir's wife.

Amir while trying to save lives killed Herman's grandson.

Bobby went to make amends and in the process saved Amir's life.

While doing so, Bobby's truck (which likely contained documents identifying him or otherwise can be used to find his home address) is stolen.

Amir tells Bobby that the cartel likes to fire bomb things.

Bobby is very, very explicitly told Herman survived the crash.

The promo showed us Athena worrying about Bobby being in danger.

It also (in combination with a still Tim posted) showed us Athena going to Amir, the other person involved in the desert adventure, regarding this concern.

The promo also showed us what looked like an incendiary device going off on the Grant-Nash house's porch.

We've seen bts materials suggesting Bobby is admitted to the hospital.

We know Amir is a burn unit nurse.

Are they going to make Amir tend to Bobby's burn injuries that he sustained because he went out to make amends for causing Amir's wife's death and in the process saving Amir's life? When Bobby (and Amir?) believes he should have died in a fire in his home ten years ago? With Amir being the cause of Bobby's injuries? Like Bobby was the cause for Amir's injuries?

Hello everyone! 😁 January is finally here, and this is very exciting news for me because I'm going to New Zealand!!! 🤩✈️ It's a huge trip that I've been planning for a whole year now. It will be the first time I ever take the plane. The first time I visit another country in years. The first time I travel so far away from home! And what's more, this will be the longest trip in my life. Over a month. I can hardly wrap my head around it still! 🤯🗓

I've also had some time to reflect, and... I've decided to use this opportunity to step back and go offline for a bit. 🌱 I wanted to tell you about this sooner, and I apologize for how sudden this probably is for most of you. I promise that I'm alright and doing this with a peaceful mindset! Although- I'm a bit sad at the thought that we won't see or hear from each other for a while. 🥺 It's a bittersweet feeling, but at the same time, I'm sure the temporary change of pace will be a good thing. Lately I've been feeling the need to take a break from social media again, and the timing is perfect. I'm ready. 🤲💫
