He watched Roy dampen a piece of gauze in a bowl of warm water. It wasn't serious, his bottom lip. He'd been sparring with another officer and cut it on his mouthguard. Ironic, if anything.

“I could’ve–” the fussing words stopped as soon as they started, and his lips were left parted. One of Roy's hands reached out to cup his jaw so he could get a better look at his bottom lip. If he was trying to get him to be quiet, it was working. Dimitri diverted his gaze as a flush crept up his neck and across his cheeks. That hand had been there before. More times than he could probably count.

Dimitri's attention only turned back to his partner when he pressed the warm gauze to the cut. His gaze found Roy's lips and eventually traveled up to meet his gaze. Their lips had connected about the same amount of times Roy's hands had cupped his cheek. Almost like the two had almost been synonymous in the past.

"Do you ever... remember?"

Dimitri is surprised when it happens, when Roy kisses him. When he stumbles back against the cool laminate countertop, a free hand instinctively gripping the squared-off edge. The kiss is spontaneous, charged like they used to be. He’s still out of practice, but Dimi appreciates the concentrated effort and eagerness he puts behind his lips. Each time he shows improvement. His other hand struggles to decide whether to pin Dimi’s hip to the counter or pull their bodies closer together. Dimitri answers for both of them, rolling his hips against the heat of Roy’s body. He couldn’t help but flush bright pink, embarrassed by how quickly he’d been worked up. He pulls himself out of a heavy kiss only long enough to mumble. “Teddy, baby, down on your knees for me.”

Nikolai: Active, but it tends to fluctuate from partner to partner. He tends to top but he enjoys when he can be a bit lazy in bed.

Dimitri: Dimitri's very engaged either way, whether through dirty talk or physical reactions. He is always wants his partner to have a good time/ know that he's having a good time.

Beau: It depends whether or not he's on top. He's very comfortable lying there and taking it.

If you HAD to choose, who’s your favorite muse?

This was Very Hard. It has to be Beau though. He’s been around the longest out of all the muses on this blog. (3 years, I want to say.) I know the most about him and I also just,,, love cowboys.

What’s a weird headcanon you have for each of your muses?

Headcanons coming right up, weird though? Not weird, just oddly specific in some cases! (I didn’t do all of them because of a lack of brainpower, But I did 6 out of 9, so, gfsfhshfgs)

Beau: He travels a lot, but there are periods of time where he’s settled in one place for 6+ months. (Especially during his time as a ranch hand.) In those periods of time, he’s relatively quick to pick up accents and phrases. So some of his words/sentences sound kind of hodgepodge. 

Nikolai: He has lots of tattoos (all able to be hidden under a shirt) and they all have meaning. While the tradition of vory tattoos is largely dead and gone, he still honors parts of it. Most notably: five playing cards in the suit of hearts on his right shoulder blade. This tattoo was originally a forced tattoo to denote an inmate as homosexual. He chose to get that tattoo, and like the thief stars on his chest, knows he has the authority to have that tattoo without people trying to fuck with him.

Dimitri: At 16 he became part of the underground fighting scene in the Bronx after being disowned for being gay. This continued into age 19. He was good at what he did, and his technique was extremely varied. His boxing style would be best known as a boxer-puncher.

Oleander: While Ollie portrays himself as very sporty, he has other interests that he doesn’t talk about often. One of these hobbies is TTRPGs!

Alex: Most of the art he does are realistic fakes from a wide variety of art periods. Give him a paintbrush or charcoal, though, and the art he creates for himself is obscure, very nouveau réalisme-esque. 

Puck: Hates orange, the color, the flavor, the fruit, any of it. 

Do your muses get along with each other?

A lot of their worlds are vastly different from each other (especially my time period OCS) so I haven’t really thought about this before. I think Alex would get on fine with Nikolai, Cato and Oleander would hit it off, and I think Salvador and Dimitri wouldn’t hate each other. 

Which muse is the most problematic towards other muses?

Puck is the most problematic in general tbh. But like I said earlier, they don’t really interact with each other. For my muse to my muse, Nik is definitely the most problematic. To other people’s muses: most likely Puck.

What is something everyone should know about your muses before interacting?

I love every one of them, they deserve the world ( most of them) but I also encourage violence towards them. I want them to be happy but I think that it’s important that they fail, too. (I hope this answers the question!)
