NEW SPREADSHEETS.

hello everyone! i have come baring gifts of sorts. if you follow me on twitter, you will of seen me posting about my new points and achievement spreadsheet i’ve made for my muses. i’m always redoing themes and points pages, i’ve got a problem, i know. some of y’all seemed interested in having one of your own, so i’ve gone ahead and made a blank one just for you!

  THE POINTS PAGE.

the points page i have created is most ideal for looking at your muse’s progress over the year. as i have had rkrose and rksae since 2016, i have four pages to reflect their growth over the years at rookies. the pie chart that comes with the sheet interacts with point tallies that are hidden in the top right corner of the sheet, they’re hidden but you can easily see them if you change the colour of the text. the points page also comes with a section for your monthly and yearly goals, along with another section that could be used as a to-do list or evaluation tracker / planner. at the very bottom of your sheet is a tally section to see how many points you’ve earned for that year ( not including our grand total, which is located at the top of your page! ). 

  THE ACHIEVEMENTS PAGE.

unlike the points page, i whipped the achievements page together in around half an hour. it’s very straight forward. i like seeing all of the achievements to work towards, not just the one my muse has, but you’re more than welcome to change it. like the points page, the achievements page has a section to track your goals ( achievement specific goals, of course! ). when it comes to well ... tracking your achievements, just colour the cells in according to where your muse is at! example being; rkrose is novice japanese, so she’s earned 1 out of 25. i colour the first cell and put 1 / 25 in there. whereas her korean is intermediate, she’s earned 13 out of 25, so i put 13 / 25 in the intermediate cell ( and colour the cells for novice + beginner ) does that make sense? 

  A REMINDER . . .

i am by no means an expert when it comes to spreadsheets, it took me an entire day to make the points portion of this set and a whole lot of trial and error. so, if you do end up using this set, then please be wary that it may be a little fidgety. it’s not super professional looking and it might be a little janky in some places ( like the borders are an absolute b*tch to change, i’m sorry ; __ ; ) but, if you’re patient with yourself, then i’m sure you’ll be able to make it work! and i promise to do my best to help whoever needs it with this thing. but it should be pretty straightforward once you’ve done a bit of fiddling with it, or at least, that’s what i found.

the grand total tallies at the top of the page automatically add your points together, resulting in the total points ( on the right hand side, slightly adjacent from the tallies themselves ) updating automatically. this doesn’t include your debut points though. with the yearly tallies at the bottom of the spreadsheet, you will need to update them yourself. if you highlight the points of each skill section, you’ll be able to find the sum total and add it to your tally.

hello here is a compiled list of all the asks i woke up to this morning relating to the elimination ksdjfks please enjoy 

If u see it from the pov of yn like actually that the person yn said “lets vote kook off after he shared his feelings and got provoked abt it” thats gonna hurt koo so much and he probably will completely shut himself off/ maybe even ask to leave the house if sora allows that?😳 and for yall b’s to vote him off!!! Listen I’m not trying to be hateful but what did tae give us this week in comparison to JK??? Did he give us a whole scene? did he take the time to set up the gym into an exam room? Give us a sexy doctor moment?? No. He gave us some relatively mild puppy play which is fine!! But i mean compared to everyone else’s scene?? JK needs his moment, needs US on his side! Tae will still have jimin if he gets eliminated but koo needs a moment to shine! #byetae #savejk

I’m gonna day this once. Vote koo out and I’m coming for kneecaps. There is so much potential there with the Maknae line. Listen hear me out the candidate that would hurt the least is hobi I know he was gonna get booted last week but like he’s the one that is the least emotionally attached to yn ya feel?! And also I feel like this opens up opportunities for him to dick down other members…. not naming names but *cough* jimin *cough* anyways that’s my tea if Jungkook is booted this week Readers …. Let's try and think with the few braincells we have left fam. Hoseok scenes are the most fun to read bc he is extremely confident and also one of the most experienced in the house. DON'T VOTE HIM OUT. A lot of the others could have a great storyline just hanging out in the house and creating sexual tension and drama. HOSEOK SHINES WHEN HE'S PERFORMING AND BEING A HARD ASS CONFINDENT SEXY DOM. PLEASE I'M BEGGING YOU DON'T VOTE HIM OUT JUST YET.

im voting tae out bc imo his scene was v plain. I get that pet play is out there n kinky but it was boring. 1: Tell us about your current project(s) – what’s it about, how’s progress, what do you love most about it?

aaah, oh boy—well, given i literally have,,,ten+ wips right now, i guess i’ll just answer about my main two ongoing wips—

so time, wondrous time (continuation of ttm) as been going fairly well. i had to play around with my outline a lot (like,,,i originally had a chapter dedicated to obi-wan first, but then i was like ‘hm...i wanna wait a little before we explore that), and i still kinda shift around the pieces, but i think i’ve finally hit a pattern that i feel comfortable telling the story in! in terms of what i love most about it, i think it has to be that these are really just...little stories of tcw fam being domestic and happy? (just. i’m gonna make everyone so s o f t.)

and uh, i just released most ardently (pride & prejudice obitine au) yesterday, and so far, progress has been good! i’m already halfway finished writing the next chapter, so that’s exciting. i think what i love about this fic the most is just that,,,i mean. first of all. there are some scenes that i’m just d y i n g to get to, but i think that, looking at my outline, i’m excited to explore parts of the story that isn’t romance-centric. like, no one’s denying that pride & prejudice has a killer love story, but there’s also themes about family and class that i think is going to be interesting to re-translate into this fic. (idk i think there’s something to be said about how i’m incorporating certain villains in this story so...)

4: Share a sentence or paragraph from your writing that you’re really proud of (explain why, if you like)

i think i rather like this last paragraph from northern light: 

And even though Ahsoka couldn’t see Anakin and Obi-Wan completely, she knew they were looking out the viewport. Looking at those blue and green lights tangled together in an endless stream.

They were quiet.

And as the ship finally pulled away from the planet, they all let out a sigh: three quiet breaths, mingling with a strange mix of satisfaction and disappointment.

They were quiet.

Eventually, Rex returned with the medics, and Ahsoka was allowed to close her eyes.

But even in her dreams, she saw those blue and green lights dancing around her.

Tangled together in an endless stream…

Ahsoka rather liked that.

7: What do you think are the characteristics of your personal writing style? Would others agree?

hm...i think my writing style tends to lean towards more dialogue, somewhat abrupt endings. very short sentences towards the end? i think? i’m not sure if people agree with that lol, and perhaps my style will change in another few weeks, but let’s see! 

20: Tell us the meta about your writing that you really want to ramble to people about (symbolism you’ve included, character or relationship development that you love, hidden references, callbacks or clues for future scenes?)

u h h h h, i think this is gonna be super niche and i am fully prepared to c r i n g e at this later, but! in terms of eiko from time, wondrous time. i mentioned a bit about how i kinda get super nervous about the idea of introducing an original character, especially,,,a padawan character? (come on caroline, who do you think you are? >:() 

so a long, long time ago, i had a different original character by a different name, and i treated her terribly (killed her because i was like ‘lol don’t know what to do with her’. you can tell i was influenced by george lucas because ‘lol female character dies because there’s no way she could have a fulfilling purpose now’.i was like 13 pls cut me some slack asdfsdfds i still cringe at everything i wrote from when i was like,,,13-15. i mean, proud of myself for getting super into writing, but. a c k. a c k. some stuff i am hella not proud of. like,,,again. 13 and full of raging hormones and existential angst, but...caroline what. that is all i’ll say). but anyways, i introduced eiko by mentioning she had a dark ponytail--and that was a trait that i had used with this other original character that i made as a 13 year old. then again, 13 year old me was also hecka sad (who wasn’t??), and i think that kinda translated into that character. 

so...idk. perhaps eiko is a quiet reminder to even myself that maybe,,,growth is a thing? and that maybe,,,we all deserve better in the end?? i’m walking a very thin line here, because i know how difficult it is for people to get invested in original characters, and twt is definitely going to focus on the actual tcw fam and their dynamics with each other, but! lol yeah, some parts of eiko are a callback to what my 2013 writing used to be asdfsdfsd okee that’s allll
