   “​it’s a nice place.” meg isn’t lying, per se -- monmouth manufacturing is a nice place. good bones, as her father would say. there were warehouse buildings just like this on the outskirts of arkham back in massachusetts especially once you started getting closer to boston, and as a girl meg had always enjoyed looking at them from car windows. they were like behemoths on the horizon, silent watchers from another time.
