All of last night is probably a complete blur/emotional whiplash around Shadow For Link.

Shadow threw a sword at Blue and was VERY hostile, was ALL OVER THE PLACE emotionally with Green mostly being bitter as hell, didn't really acknowledge red and Vio had a complete meltdown over his guilt surrounding Shadow and their friendship and relationship as a whole was all over the place.

Cram that all back together and what is Link supposed to take away from all that. Overall dude had a net negative experience with Shadow and now he's telling him he wants him?

He doesn't even want Red to touch him, which considering the way it's all but stated Link's magical body is just their bodies pressed together into one form makes the angle that they're all LITERALLY touching each other that much more...ehhh disturbing.

At the end of the day it shows a clear lack of self respect or care for himself.

Green's mercy here is rooted in his own selfishness.

He doesn't WANT to kill Dark Link because he doesn't want to hurt people. Which him and Vio did.

Green is ALSO very exhausted. And what you get is two individuals who would typically be at each other's throats, who aren't interested in fighting each other because they're just so worn out. The drive just isn't there.

Which leads them to being able to actually talk to each other in a meaningful way. And I just find that interesting.

Under different circumstances, these two very well could have fought here. XD

they're all a merge of a bajillion inspirations and original ideas, i gotta credit tvtropes.org for pretty much being the source of every story's ideas haha. was a big fan of taking existing cliches and adding a few what ifs next to it as a basis

slowly he's evolved to be inspired by ???% from mob psycho 100, to auditor along with his role being the (false) villain, then to giygas from earthbound (spoilers) which is why he got very big and swirly(?)

i started to lean more on him being those generic sleep paralysis demons or dark lords. because he is one

a few notable mentions for his personality is gunny from boo bunny, and samurai jack. he used to be fully non verbal while polaroid is the talkative one haha

i had a time i was inspired to use music symbols, and this symbol was what fit ui the most (bass clef)

now you can't unsee him too 🤣🤣🤣

his parent arc is inspired from you are umasou (japanese dino movie), nani (lilo and stitch) and god of war 4 (kratos' new voice is the true god 🤼‍♀️🤼‍♀️🤼‍♀️), there's a pretty obscure webcomic by bogleech called awful hospital where the main character (fern) is trying to find her son- another big inspiration

his "goldfish" design is inspired by bloody bunny (semi spoilers, when the sister turns into a monster form), the spaceship from a pilot film called starship goldfish (hence the name pff, i'll wait till the day i die for this series), and a scene in kaiba (2008) where the main character turned into a giant white hippo plushie lol

small warning for kaiba, it looks cartoony but has adult themes. actually many things i shared here has pretty adult themes lmaoekakejdioajdidj

shi xuan used to be my first sona XD obviously all the bad stuff was going to her (spared him by killing her honestly)

he's based on toon link (legend of zelda wind waker), then slowly inspired by lilo (lilo and stitch). looks a lot like frisk from undertale but ironically never inspired XD more on foreigners calling me asian eyes(??)

then umasou (you are umasou), the lost (binding of isaac), and eventually i settled with her being a "pontianak" which is the malay/indonesian name for that popular horror of a woman wearing a long white dress with long hair

i remember he's vaguely supposed to be a living corpse named "pocong" in my language but that idea was scrapped and the body is separated to belong to another dead kid. might get back to that idea one day

his personality is mostly based on a general nihilistic optimist mindset, i have her act a bit more similar to polaroid which got ui bond with her easier. and also why polaroid most likely doesn't like how much she reminds him of himself haha (but if they take the time to bond, he'll like her. in aus only 👹)

benoît is full on just the 1337 agent with a bit of the boy from inside (playdead). he's more based on general tropes of being the villain's goon but put more personality (and not actually being assigned the job XDDDDDDDDD) so he has a lot more original ideas to play with

unrelated but my name mama boy (or motherly boy) came from the fact that i called the boy from inside that purely because of that one moment he met some baby chickens XD a boy who is motherly. for like 1 minute before lauching them to push a box off the ceiling 🤷‍♀️

the hivemind idea from madcom version originated from inside too

initially i wanted him to be an unseen announcer/narrator like from stanley parable who's less demanding. this was before he got his own design, i could do more with that idea maybe

lauren used to be an entirely cartoon turtle and one of the oldest characters made. im a turtle person so obviously i drew turtle characters with those generic mary sue designs lol

eventually he turned more and more into an angel and i thought why not just make him biblically accurate and turned him into a turtle fetus 💐

meow too started out that way, originally named talo (she still has many names like porlivium but talo is scrapped) and was more leaning on the trope where turtles always had cities on their backs as they move

main inspiration design is that rock from kangaroo island, the other parts of the design is just my own ideas. i liked shadow of the colossus a lot so she was inspired from that world

her main idea is the calling countries a she or he. this was soon inspired to be what all respawns are, being objects with genders even though it doesn't really make sense lol. singapore is called she a lot in her birthday/national day 💃

nowadays meow's starting to become a beetle than turtle, and decided what's the funniest personality i could put on a living piece of the entire world's land? mean girl 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

she used to be bigger than woe and where you look at the sky, she stares back with a more visible massive eye (before she got turned into a cyborg). this idea was scrapped

she soon took the place of ben's role of narrator, though this is more involved on the backrooms saga

grub and bee is obviously the thief and the cobbler XD other than that, inspired from bees and mosquitoes, their own professions' outfits plus general contids and porlivean designs and that's kinda it

grub is a take on the trope of the grumpy neighbour next door. except he's shamelessly annoying for no reason, everywhere and you can't escape him. just like mosquitoes XD

bee too is a take on the trope of a goody two shoes that's too much of an optimist. since he's a bee, i made him short tempered and full of ptsd

dr tea was inspired by karl too, but later toned down to just becoming a normal bartender. with a twist of him venting to the drunk people instead of people venting to him BHAHA

syiara (sugar) is a big work in progress, but her uniform design is based on a cockroach lol

coyote is kinda obvious in being inspired by the ending of inside (ifyouknowyouknow)

you got the gist of it XD it's pretty much just adventure time but if finn is a psychopath (kinda offset this where he's not that violent anymore, but he's still a psychopath)

pablo aside from finn is also inspired by shrike (hence he uses the orange suit), and found out that finn also uses orange for his pajamas so that's a nice coincidence XD

clyde is jake but design-wise is directly the ship from the season (spoilers) where finn finds the other humans

kiki is literally baby from civil war (with shrike) lmao. sad hes gone though, unless he's hidden in monkey wrench and will be introduced later

carl is.... karl XD 😭 though his idea was from a space dandy episode, if i remember there was an alien species that turns into another character and pretends to be them (the name meow is also taken here but her personality isnt based on the character)

also one reference i kept mentioning is the "my style!!!" quote belonging from adventure time xD forgot which episode. finn got shaved and exclaimed that lol

ken is based off both limbo and inside by playdead, is more a trope of the generic isekai (reversed) protagonist kid but i made him feral 👹

lil' venango is based off a mix of little red riding hood and death. she's mostly inspired by a song called me and mr wolf xD

(the wolf meant to be coyote, whom is to be eaten by venango)

the world overall is mainly inspired by kaiba (2008), here and there inspired by nevada (madcom), a bunch of studio ghibli movies lol, A PLETHORA of animation student films (notably gobelins, animation workshop, etc) with some usual (+ experimental) animation films independent from schools, and lots of real life places

Oh hi! The ask is getting more and more interesting. My favorite list will contain more writers than artists. Because first I can't write. Secondly it was the fanfictions that brought me to this ship (I didn't know Meronia was a thing when I first read the manga. I am sorry I was blind lol). In the past I was more active in fanfiction.net and deviantArt but now all of creators there are inactive so my list will be active ones from AO3 and Tumblr :3

1/ @madmeridian she has a huge library dedicated for Meronia in various different and creative AUs. I really hate their fates in the canon manga so it is nice to see them have a happy life in other AUs. The writing is soft and delicate =v= I even like her angst and pregnant fics (2 things I also dislike for my ship lol) - well... kind of bookmarked all of her works *blush* I am really looking forward to her comeback =v= 2025 eh?

2/ @empressofthewind beside from her fics (which I kind of bookmarked almost her entirely library ehem), her analyses are also exceptionally fun to read xDD (love her sense of humor) every ask is answered with deep and thoughtful long-ass essay, which shows both her respect to the fans and her love for the ship!

3/ @neallo I hold another level of respect for this creator, not only for her writing contribution for the ship, but also her effort to grow the community bigger. To me she is a silent heroin who not only does her role well but also goes beyond and supports/encourages other writers/artists/hobbyists so that they carry on with the ship and always gives off a positive and inspirational vibe. that being said, not all hope is lost because we don't know the exact extent of rei's injury. in worst case scenario, yeah, he loses all the ability to use his hand normally, but there's also collateral nerves and smaller nerves that can supply miniscule movement that can be strengthened through physiotherapy to offset the bigger nerve that gets injured.

i think this infographic is very helpful in illustrating the kind of disability one could get depending on the nerve that gets injured in the upper limb. hypothetically speaking, if rei only injured one of the main nerves he can still use half of his hand, but with reduced efficacy and power.

with proper orthoses and adaptive mobility tools made specifically for people with these disabilities, it's still possible for rei to use his right side to perform daily tasks. thanks to the ever growing movement by the disabled group in these recent times, more studies and mobility tools have been developed so more disabled people can live independently. so yeah cooking french toast and helping around the house is definitely possible for rei <33

it's mostly the last reason, it simply doesn't effect them and they don't care all that much unless it effects them in some sort of way. Some do have the other reasons, but it's mostly the last

It would most likely not be all that safe, with heavy risks of malpractice or outright lying about what they end up doing. I do think it would be safer to go to a Doc who us less well known or has less to gain from lying to them. I actually hadn't thought of that other idea, but now that you mention it I can totally see it happening. I think it would most likely only happen to hyper specific cast mechs, something that is harder to get by normal means.

It really depends, it's possible to maintain a mechs status after empurata but it's very hard. If they are well known enough and their appearance is not as important to that they should be OK. (Kind of like how celebrities who do bad things can still remain in good standing)

Most definitely. I think any mech that gets a replacement connected to their systems or processor they tend to get phantom pains, in the case of Shockwave I think he would just permanently offline the segment of his processor related to the parts of the body he had gotten removed. Along with that I believe Shockwave could manually switch the commands used for his dominate hand to his only remaining hand. It's risky and not anything that a normal mech would consider but Shockwave isn't really a normal mech...

now I have another idea, it's related to the cycle of life for sparks and Somethings related to that.

So, new sparks are more connected to the planet and they lose connection as they grow up. They learn to walk, talk, transform, and the basic things required to live from that early connection, and they can learn and give things they learn to the planet (I think more specifically the well of the all sparks) in their early years. There is exceptions, in partial outliers. They maintain a connection and that is where they get their powers from, most don't know that but its the way they get their powers.

Your comment about “specific class” mechs intrigues me. Is this for mechs with a specific function or hard to come by software? Do you think there’s be essentially a body/hardware trade (like how Lockdown from Animated collects parts and mods from his bounties) in that you could trade some important part of your body or maybe even your function to regain your life? (Maybe similar to Nautica in IDW trying to sell her emotions in exchange for Skids)

This is the part I’m really excited in because I always love seeing how people write Transformers being created: their connection to the planet reminds me a lot of things like going immersant from IDW2 where bots who feel accomplished in life give their body and mind back to Cybertron. Interesting how they gather data, knowledge, and power from the planet. Do you think if a bot were to be born nearer to like the helex they’d develop differently or have different knowledge than someone from protohex? what about Cybertron’s moons? Do certain areas of Cybertron have a higher yield for outlier sparks?

So lovely cute and tender girl who is very likely the most coldhearted and cruel person among all the participants❤ Sniper - His entire personality❤ I can elaborate but it's not the time, so in a short... He is so cool and reliable... and at the same time pathetic mess and a Loser. Yes with capital "L". In other words I love that same thing ppl usually hate him for. Rika - That thing... how he hates Sniper and at the same time looks at him like at some kind of an Idol and even forget sometimes that his brother also a living human. Yes, seriously, I do love it. Senya - Little cutie doesn't understand how traumatized he is. Shika - The fact that Shintarou was right. She resembles Kuon. In some ways x)))

Main5 - Yuri and Sniper is a deadly combination of idiots and the worst Rika's fear is that these two could get along. But they never really will... for various reasons. So Yuri can't get why Rika becomes so anxious about her and Sniper interactions. Nise sees Rika as a rival 'cause he takes a lot of attention (too much attention in Nise's eyes!!!) of her favorite person a.k.a Yuri. Every time Sniper needs to use bathroom or take a shower he's struggling with asking Kuon to go "for a little walk". Also Kuon can manage his dreams a bit. Senya - also I mentioned that.. long ago. He would overgrow his attraction to Oribe, like yes first love, but there's a lot of more interesting things in the world. Shika - As I said nothing here =(

Miraculous Ladybug au, featuring Killua (secretly Chat Noir) and Gon (secretly Ladybug). Enjoy!

The sad thing was, Gon almost didn’t recognize his best friend.

Not because Gon was a bad friend. Far from it; he could usually find Killua in a crowd just from the hunch of his shoulders, the hands shoved in his pockets. Gon didn’t need to see the starlight-silver hair or flash of midnight blue eyes to recognize the person Gon had grown up with his whole life.

This, though. This was entirely different.

“What’s the matter, Gon?” Killua asked, familiar smirk growing underneath an unfamiliar mask. “Cat got your tongue?”

Gon was too speechless to respond to the pun.

Killua was dressed head to toe in a startling white suit, adorned with matching gloves and an intricate cat mask that hid most of his face. His eyes- beautiful, shining, the deepest blue Gon had ever seen- glowed in the dim light, sparkling like jewels. The final touch was Killua’s hair- instead of its normal chaotic mess, Killua’s hair was now swept back in a graceful arc.

Gon’s heart throbbed. He had always known Killua was pretty. It wasn’t hard to miss the way other kids at school stared at him sometimes, despite the fact that Killua was a Zoldyck and ‘not to be trusted’ for a reason that made Gon’s hands shake with fury.

But right now- this very moment, standing in the center of a crowded Masquerade Ball, with chandelier lights glittering in the background and sweeping music drifting through the air-

This was the first time Gon realized how utterly breathtaking Killua truly was.

“C’mon, Gon,” Killua said with a roll of his eyes. “Don’t leave me hanging here. Say something. I know this costume makes me look all stuffy and stupid, but that shouldn’t-”

“It doesn’t!” Gon blurted and Killua stopped short.

They stared at each other for a lengthy pause.

“It doesn’t, um,” Gon stammered, heat crawling up the back of his neck. “It doesn’t make you look stupid. Or stuffy. You look really, really great, actually.”

Killua blinked. It was hard for Gon to tell that mask, but it almost looked like Killua was blushing at the compliment-

Suddenly, Killua’s gaze flickered to Gon’s right. His mouth twisted in a grimace as he muttered, “Shit.”

Gon started to twist around. “What-”

A hand snagged his wrist and suddenly Gon found himself being dragged towards the dance floor. The strength in Killua’s grip surprised him; had Killua been working out recently? Gon couldn’t ever remember being pulled along this easily.

Killua only halted after they reached the center of the of the tile. He faced Gon again, lips set in a firm line. Gon didn’t move as Killua shifted his grip upwards, until their hands slid together. 

It was a perfect match.

“Dance with me?” Killua asked. Begged, more like it by the pleading light in his eyes. “The Mayor’s daughter is over there and my ridiculous family has been trying to get us together all night. This is the only way to get out of talking with her.”

“Of course,” Gon said. Killua was his best friend. Best friends held hands and danced with each other all the time, right?

Right.

“Thank you,” Killua said with transparent relief. He curled his other hand on top of Gon’s shoulder, the first clutching to Gon’s left hand, and its weight made Gon’s skin itch.

Gon confessed lowly, “I don’t know how to do this. I’ve never danced at a formal event like this before.”

Killua simply smiled. “Just follow my lead. I promise, I won’t let you fall.”

Gon’s mouth went dry. He didn’t have time to think about what that meant before the next song began.

This new song was different than the others he’d heard upon entering the ballroom. This one was slow, a soft kind of melody that made Gon want to sway side to side. It was both beautiful and gentle.

Killua stepped swiftly to his right and then a step backwards. Gon did his best to follow his best friend’s practiced movements but the way he followed after Killua was a clumsy imitation at best; his feet didn’t glide across the floor like Killua’s did, he kept guessing where the next step would be, how their bodies would twirl around and around like falling leaves…

“You’re doing great,” Killua whispered into his ear and Gon tightened his grip at Killua’s hip, nearly tripping over his own two feet.

It was so weird having Killua’s quiet voice so close to him like that. Gon could feel Killua’s breath on his skin and his ears burned. Why, though, he had no idea.

“Don’t lie,” Gon groaned. “I’m so bad at this. Your parents will probably ban me from future parties if I keep this up.”

Killua laughed- again, right into Gon’s ear- and Gon’s heart leaped into his throat.

“I doubt that. If they can’t tell who you are, they can’t ban you, right? That’s one of the perks of attending a Masquerade Ball- no one knows who you are, so you don’t have to hold anything back.”

Killua leaned even closer, until his chest pressed right against Gon’s.

“I’m so glad you could make it, Gon,” Killua said with a sincerity that Gon’s best friend so rarely showed. “My parents always throw the lamest parties. Did you let Mito do your hair?”

Gon swallowed thickly. He couldn’t think straight with Killua right on top of him like this. The only thing he could focus on was the smell of Killua’s strawberry shampoo in his nose, the long fingers curled around his, the soft silver hair brushing his cheek…

Gon’s mind flashed back to when he first caught sight of Killua as he entered the Ball. Killua looked so good like that. It was kind of strange, but with that cat mask Killua was wearing, Gon couldn’t help but be reminded of Chat Noir.

Chat Noir, his partner in crime. The only person in the world fast and strong enough to keep up with Gon- with Ladybug. Just thinking about him made Gon’s already pounding heart race in his chest.

Chat Noir was grace and speed and clarity. Killua was hidden smiles and far-off looks and a familiar voice through his cell’s speaker.

Gon squeezed his eyes shut and struggled to breathe normally. Killua was not Chat Noir, and Chat Noir was not Killua, no matter how similar they looked tonight. 

Killua was Gon’s best friend. And Killua was so important, so amazing and incredible, that he deserved someone who could match that brilliance. Someone other than Gon.

So, Gon pushed his jumbled thoughts of Killua and Chat Noir out of his mind. He had to focus; he was here to support Killua, not to have weird thoughts that compared him to Gon’s secret crush. Seriously, what was wrong with Gon tonight?!

“Gon?” Killua said his name and again Gon recognized the sound of his name as only Killua could pronounce it.

Gon reflexively tightened his grip around Killua’s hand.

“No,” he said, answering Killua’s question with a beam. “I did my hair myself! Do you like it?”

Something mischievous glittered in Killua’s eyes, almost like he was trying not to laugh.

“Yeah. I do. It reminds me of someone I know, actually.”

Gon frowned, puzzled. He and Killua only ever hung out alone. “Who is it?”

Killua grinned. “Just another friend of mine. You wouldn’t know him. But, let’s just focus on us tonight, okay? This is the first time I’ve ever had anyone I know attend my family’s insane parties, so I want to make the most of it.”

Gon pursed his lips but nodded.

He would listen to Killua. For now. But later, when the time was right, he wanted to know more about this mysterious friend…

Yeah, I casually pick up words so I'm sure if I actually hung out with people and talked to them irl I'd pick up more slang words- (for example two of my friends say pog a lot and I'm like that weird looks fun?? but it's hard to incorporate a word you rarely hear--) also y e s I picked up sus so damn quick XD I got nervous anytime I said it around my family cause I felt antsy that I'd get made fun of- ;w;

Also sorry for not sending an ask for so long, today's been l o n g so it took me a while to get to it ;w;

BAHAHA YEAHH IDK WHAT KINDA KID I WAS- i was jus like "yknow what- IMA START A YOUTUBE CHANNEL" i stopped years ago- somehow i have gained 200 subs or smth between those years- w h a t- xDD

and omg- saying slang might be easy cause my parents will have NOOO clue what im talkjng about ( NOT THAT THEY WOULD HAVE IN THE FIRST PLACE-) XD

and OMGGG i also pick up so many words from my friends- thats also why i keep saying "pog" "poggers" "pog champ"- its awesome XDDD

and omg- that also reminds me of dumb inside jokes with my friends- NO WONDER MY HUMOR is so off- xDDD an inside joke i know of is "poopeeweewee" WHEHEHEHZE (and surprisingly- that joke has a lot of context behind it XDD)

and oh dont worry! i also have been taking longer than usual answering this cause gosh- this week has been a lottttt for me- xDD but today my relatives left my house so i hope things can come back to normal for me and i can FINALLY speak FREELY xD

I agree, English is always ew XDD Hence why I'm speedrunning it by taking my fourth english next semester so I can get it over with- would've done math but I'm on my last year if math since I've already speedrun math XD

I personally find my binder(from gc2b btw) extremely comfortable! They've got measurements on their site, and you can contact support and tell them your measurements if you need help deciding what size to get (from experience they're very helpful!! I had to contact support bc my shoulder and chest sizes were five sizes apart XD) if you think you'd be more comfortable with a binder, trans or not, I say go for it- the one I got was $35, it was one of the nude tank binders, very comfy- also feel free to snatch my Def Not Trans™ reasons if they'd work for you XD

It's kinda bizarre tbh but like people also think gender dysphoria is a Necessity to be trans sooo idk I think a lot of humans are just stupid tbh XD

:0 thank you!!!💕💕 I actually came up with it(and by that I mean found it on a baby names website and saw it means star lover-- XD) before Henry and then I got back into thsc and started liking Henry's name and was like 👀 YES I love the nickname Astro-- :o dög-- tbh I love any nicknames that have stuff to do with stars so long as they don't sound to feminine- I mean I like feminine things but being called a feminine name makes me :/ a nickname someone gave me is literally just "Stars" XD (based off my usual username Shooting-Stars :>)

ohh mann lucky :Ooo im not sure how the finishing subjects early thingy works in schools cause like- i just want to be a nOrMaL student- xDDD so im just sticking with the majority of people

and OHHHH I heard of that website! once i told my friend(TREE!) that i wanted to get a binder- they sent me a post thread from insta of the safest binders to get, and it mentioned buying it from gc2b! but i still had the issue of my mom most likely going to be like "nO WhY dOnT yOu LikE yoUr chESt tHe WaY iT iS" and i just assume its going to take forever to convince her that i want a binder-

then tree- all of a sudden was like- "bro- i can get you a binder from gc2b" and i was like "BRO??? 😳😳😭❤💞" but at the same time- i was like "so how am i gonna make my mom not notice" and we had a little debate over it xD they didnt get me the binder- not that i fully expected it- but i might actually ask them to buy it from the website and then ill trade em money (this is, what the filipino trio[me, larie, and tree] likes to call it, having a drug dealer XDDD) but im super glad to hear its comfortable! that actually makes me a lot more confident into wanting one!

and OH MY GODD looking at baby names for name ideas iS LEGIT MEEE LIKE- even for my OCs i tend to search up name ideas and then the first thing it shows is "HEY- HERES A LIST OF BABY NAMES CAUSE WE ASSUME YOURE HAVING A BABY--" XDDD and ohhh i understand about you not liking feminine names! and omg stars sounds like a really cute nickname too! xD
