About the prompts:

The expressions "your language" and "your country" have the broadest definition possible. Additionally to "your mother tongue" or "your country of origin"/"your country of residence", they can also refer to a language you're currently learning, or a country you just visited, previously lived in, or relate to in another way that’s significant to you.

So if you for example wanted to write a drabble in a language you've just started to learn, you'd be fine to do that. Or if you want to record a podfic in a language that is not your mother tongue, that would be allowed too! Generally the spirit of the event is to get people creating, I won't nit pick about the way people fill the squares! ♡

I am very excited for the creations you guys will come up with, and I hope that additionally to giving non-english native speakers an event to explore creating in their native language instead of English, as many of us routinely do, I also struck a good balance of prompts that enable English native speakers to have fun with the event too!
