          castiel já está mais do que acostumado com sua vida na terra e à conviver com os humanos - até mesmo já foi um por um determinado período de tempo -, então a estada em aspen cove tem sido particularmente tranquila depois de tantos anos de perigos, terrores, caos e perdas. só seria melhor se ainda tivesse contato com seus antigos amigos, principalmente sam e dean winchester, mas não os vê desde que jack assumira o posto em aberto no céu e precisou de sua ajuda para recolocar a ordem na casa. não tem problema, enquanto eles não aparecem ou ele não os encontra, com certeza vai ter várias coisas para fazer e reportar sobre aquela estranha e pacata cidadezinha.

memórias

          o anjo possuí praticamente todas as memórias, desde resgatar dean da perdição eterna até a vitória do time contra chuck. porém, todo seu acordo com o vazio, o tempo em que ficou preso lá e todas as circunstâncias que o levaram à isso simplesmente nunca aconteceram. após terem derrotado chuck, e jack ter assumido o lugar dele, castiel ainda passou um curto período de tempo junto aos irmãos, porém, logo teve sua ajuda requisitada pelo nephilim. chegou à aspen cove à pedido de jack, para investigar as estranhas anomalias que emanavam da cidade, mas sempre que tenta informar seus achados ao céu ou até mesmo sair da cidade (via terra ou via ar), estranhamente, esquece o que deveria fazer e seus pensamentos se tornam confusos.

obs.: devido ao fato que desconsiderei todo o bafafá do acordo com o vazio (e sinceramente todo o finalzinho da série, pois odeio demais tudo aquilo), as circunstâncias em que o cas professou seus sentimentos pro dean foram bem diferentes. não quero definir nada específico, mas foi muito mais numa linha de desabafo depois de tanto tempo guardando, talvez logo após terem, enfim, vencido o mal final. de qualquer forma, só queria deixar claro que, sim, aconteceu, mas as circunstâncias para tal foram outras.

(An Introductory post!)

Basically the “next door neighbor verse” is a supernatural AU I came up with that completely ignores the finale. Ever wanted to know where most retired hunters go? There’s well known cozy neighborhood that a lot of retired hunters go! Sam,Dean,and Cas all decided to move into this neighborhood and start fresh with their lives.

There’s you! Four years after the Winchester brothers retire with their angel following behind them,you find yourself retiring as well,and moving into the same neighborhood that the legendary team is in.

Dean Winchester (Retired Hunter turned Mechanic)

Four years later,45 years old,a dog named miracle and a cozy home to call his own? He’s living the dream!

I’d imagine his look changed over the 4 years,imagine what Jensen looks like now.

Basically Beau Arlen but Dean!

He’s a mechanic and a damn good one at that

And he was more than willing to help ya move in

He would definitely be a lil more stocky,thicker arms,legs,the whole nine yards!

Still Dean Winchester just a tad bit softer.

He became a baker because he likes to busy his hands and baking is the perfect outlet for that

Very much a Cas-like first meeting,somewhat short,probably heard your name around the hunting world and brought that up. A little stern but you could tell he was warming up already.

Oh lord, oh my. How do I even start? I feel so nervous about being here. I mean, being more than just a shadow on tumblr, being substantially present to the point of actually sharing my thoughts. My writings. Oof.

Well, whatever. Hello, hi. Uh, I hope you're doing good. For some reason or another, you've found your way to my little corner on here. So, welcome to "The Reverist's Lounge", my small safe space. And of course you're invited to stay for a while. Make yourself at home, put your feet up on my my blog's imaginary coffee table, lean back into the soft cushions of the sofa behind it. Tea, maybe? Feel free to close your eyes and dream a little bit.

Usually, I'm more of the silent story connoisseur. I'm always down for reading a good little something. Interesting blurbs, relatable head cannons or spicy reader inserts? Count me in! Just trying to still my fandom thirst on here, indulging my current hyperfixations and leaving anonymous kudos on the way. A shadow.

But lately, I am feeling the need to engage more, to create and also give something back to the community. To the people who made so many of my days worth it. To the people who let me dream all day for years.

So, yeah. Let's do this. What could possibly go wrong?

I do have some experiences in the field of fanfiction writing, but it's been years since then and I'm still trying to figure out the ropes of tumblr writings.
