Okay... If I leave this here, I know that somebody is going to take this out of context and make it sound like I am somehow blaming sysmeds for all of the unhappiness they ever experienced.

Obviously, that's not true.

But you don't need to be a professional therapist to see how incredibly unhealthy this type of behavior is.

I am not universally against the idea of preventing certain headmates from fronting in extreme cases. Obviously, you shouldn't let one of your headmates abuse other people if you can prevent it. You should also do your best to minimize and prevent self harm when you can. These are all perfectly legitimate reasons to keep someone from fronting.

But preventing headmates from fronting because they don't hate systems who weren't formed from trauma? For being accepting of other people? For wanting to define their own origins?

There's no way that can be healthy.

The end result of this is going to be internal conflict. It's going to be resentment from the headmates that you've oppressed. Like it or not, you all share a system. You all share a body. And you can't just respond to a headmate by scolding them and sending them to their room.
