daniel is so the type of bf to do this. compliments just come so easily to him - like, he doesn't even think twice about them. whatever he thinks, he'll say it without hesitation. when you've just woken up and are sitting there in one of his old shirts with messy hair he doesn't even falter, just tells you just how adorable you look n how happy he is to wake up to you, wide grin slightly soft as he admires you. every time you cook him something, he's acting like its the best food he's ever eaten, praising you to high heavens even if it's just eggs and toast. but he notices you getting all flustered n even quiet sometimes and he gets so scared he's overstepped somewhere without realising :( asks if everything's okay, if he's making you uncomfortable or something, and when you tell him it's cause you aren't used to compliments ? he's so shocked. absolutely baffled. like, you're the best thing to walk the earth in his eyes so the fact no one has been telling you these sorts of things on a regular basis is groundbreaking to him ? makes sure to compliment you even more from then on - and he means each and every one, too.
