My graduation is in twelve days and I need to loose 5kg for that so I won't suffocate in my dress
Any tips, challenges or really anything I can do?

Hey, I haven't posted here in a while because I have my final exams in a few weeks and i am stressed about it.
Anyways, I am in such a big conflict with myself because I've gained so much weight and I want to lose it like right now but I know if I start restricting again I can't concentrate for my exams. I mean I can restrict a bit and eat two healthy meals a day but it doesn't feel like I am doing it correctly, you know what I mean?
But I could also just wait those 5 weeks and start properly again. On that way I could concentrate for studying and writing my exams and start losing weight again probably.
What do you say?

Also while we're at it I want to start loosing weight again
I was busy because of my final exams and after that I just couldn't find any motivation but I want to be skinny or at least skinnier when I travel Thailand next year.
My goal is to lose 40kg in 10 months. That would be 4kg a month which isn't too bad if I start working next month
My start weight is 124.3kg
Starting today
(does anyone have a good weight tracker?)
