A pointy-eared child is suddenly on the track. Oh dear, whatever is he doing there?

Rusty was just minding his own business after storming away from the track- and he was sure lucky that he took a double take. Immediately the steamie skirted- his wheels making a loud breaking sound as sparks flew up from his sudden stopping.

"Woah woah hey!" The brunette rolled back a bit- eyes widening as he looks at the human child. Human? Some sort of child??? Either way- they were on the track, and it's not a safe play area to be on either!

"A-Are ya..uh. Lost there?" Rusty took a good look around as he kneeled to the kid's height, trying to spot his mother or father. Perhaps both. It wasn't good to leave a child unsupervised.

"Hey- it's okay, I mean no harm." Rusty started as he fully got down on his knees- making sure to keep his hands in the eyesight of the (seemingly) frightened child. The mechanical man's eyes softened fully as he looked at the smaller being, a frown on his face full of concern. "But are you okay?"

"Everyone here calls me Rusty...Rusty the steam engine, at your service!" The steamie playfully salutes before placing his right hand back down, palms up on his knees as he looks at the stranger. Despite being taller and, well, metal- playing on a train...he seemed pretty harmless. He was definitely trying his best to show the kid that he was no trouble at all; more so concerned that there was a lost kid on the tracks.

"May I know your name?" His voice was soft and clear with worry, and he wasn't demanding it either. He wasn't demanding any answers; simply asking.

"Pleasure to meet you, Mister Spock!" Rusty spoke as he watched the pointy eared child carefully. He grabbed the brim of his hat and offered a respectful head nod, tipping his hat before putting it back on perfectly. Though it still posed the concerning wonder of what he, Spock, was doing on these tracks.

"Say- let's get you off these old Rails. It's not really safe for you to be on here."
