How do diseases get...spread?

Well, Mark, diseases are caused by pathogens! Such as bacteria and viruses!

Aren't those the same thing?

Not really, bacteria is a living organism, while viruses are not! When a bacteria is inside your body, it will multiply very fast and overcrowd so your body cells won't have any space; but viruses get inside those cells and overcrowd it, making it burst!

That sounds...scary :{
