Sawyer would find it very calming and love to watch and hold mc while they knit! He would definitely fall asleep though.

Austin would think it’s hard, and not really mind much if Mc was a knitter. He would definitely ask if they could knit stuff though for him but he’ll always ask how their work is going and progress updates, interested in hearing more.

It would most likely make them angry if MC talked about their religion negatively, resulting to them punishing mc and manipulating them over time to not talk that way towards their religion and slowly at least accept or believe it over time. If MC wouldn’t break though and kept talking negatively about religion, they’d cut MC’s tongue out so they couldn’t speak ill of their religion as punishment.

Sawyer would be furious, he’d search for MC along with the rest of the cult and MC better hope he doesn’t find them. If he finds them he will drag them back and punish MC to make sure they know he’s in charge, afterwards tying them to the bed with rope. If it happens a second time, he would make sure it wouldn’t happen again by breaking their ankles.

Austin would be outraged, and if he finds MC he would chain them to the house by shackles on their ankles and neck. Of course this would be after he punishes MC and makes sure it doesn’t happen again. If it happened again, he’d lock MC in a dark room chained with nothing in it until they’re begging him to be let out and are mindbroken enough.

Dalles would be pissed and if he found MC, he’d resort to harsher punishments way faster like removing all their fingernails and locking them in a fenced barn stall until they beg him to be let out, relying and depending on him. If they escape again, he’d chain MC by their ankles, hands, and neck to the horse stall and make MC watch him kill his victims saying it’s all MC’s fault that they’re dying.

Richard would be calm and try not to be angered around the others but he’s furious inside and will have harsher punishments similar to Dalles by burning MCs skin or cutting skin off in the name of the lord saying they’re ’mocking the faith and the Lords choice’. If it happened a second time, he’d cut out one of MC’s eyes and cut a limb off of MC, to remind them not to do it again.
