CHRIS REDFIELD

He has a German Shepherd at home!! Dog person all his life!

Had considered being a professional dog trainer in his younger years, and did some courses on it, but ultimately did not pursue it.

Gets along with your dog almost instantly - your dog respects Chris.

Would teach your dog all kinds of tricks - honestly helps you out a lot!

Would be annoying and give you unsolicited advice about your dog's diet and training (which you shut him up with a kiss)

Has a YouTube channel about educational dog content with only three videos of him just talking to the camera, that is all posted 7 years ago.

LEON KENNEDY

Leon doesn't mind dogs, but he prefers cats more.

So when Leon visits you, he isn't used to the shower of affection your dog gives.

If your dog were to not get along with him, Leon would put his hands up to show he doesn't mean harm.

Eventually earning your dog's mercy after playing fetch with them!

It's a little tiring for Leon, who is only used to the company of cats.

But he knows your dog is your family and wants to make sure he gets along with them.

Would try to convince you that a cat would be a good addition to your family (so his cat can have a playmate).

CLAIRE REDFIELD

There was only Claire and her brother in the Redfield household, so Chris surprised Claire with a dog for her birthday one time to help with the loneliness. And that cheered Claire up greatly, and made her love dogs!.

No. 1 chihuahua defender - Always trying to break the stereotype that chihuahuas are aggressive, and rants on about how so many people don't know how to respect their boundaries.

Volunteers at a dog shelter!

It is no surprised she would get along with yours, with how big dogs has become in her life.

If she gets bitten playfully, Claire would play dead. And then come back to life when your dog paws at her cheeks. (She can't stop smiling from the cuteness)

Would scream "doggo!" everytime she passed by one.

PIERS NIVANS

He loooves dogs!! And dogs love him!

Piers just radiates 'dog owner energy' - random dogs, including yours, will sniff him and try to be friends if he passes by.

Dogs are just naturally drawn to Piers, and he's not complaining.

Meets your dog once, and your dog already loves him more. You're a little salty about it, but glad that they get along.

Best belly rubs giver!

His dog is friends with Chris' dog, so they go on a walk together every Sunday morning.

JILL VALENTINE

Jill is a dog person, even if I can see her being a cat person too.

I see Jill being super affectionate to her dog, always giving kisses and hugs the moment she returns from an op.

After Arklay Mountains, I can see her dog being concerned at Jill's attitude change. Whining a little to show that they're here for Jill.

When she meets your dog, her expression warms at the sight. I see Jill getting attached to your dog easily, and they get along together well after playing fetch a few times.

Sugar Daddy!Porter jetsetting with up & coming runway & editorial model Jace Stardiamond. Whatever Jace wants, Jace gets and Porter is more than happy to oblige.

Their arrangement is simple. Porter gets a companion and some nice arm candy for these god awful business dinners and schmoozing events and Jace gets a nice allowance and gifts (so many gifts, Porter cannot stop spoiling him.)

The first time they met it was at some gala Porter’s assistant put on his schedule as a networking opportunity. He plans to bow out early but then a gorgeous man at the bar starts to chat him up. To his surprise, the conversation is actually good and Jace doesn’t seem like he wants anything from him. Naturally Porter wants to give him everything. The night starts coming to a close and the crowd is thinning as the hours drag on. Porter can’t remember the last time he’s laughed this much.

Maybe it’s whiskey, but he leans in close to Jace’s ear and says, “let me take care of you.” Jace feels like his heart stops in his chest at the man’s words. He hasn’t even asked for his name. He was too lost in the conversation. It felt so.. easy. He didn’t feel like he was being sized up or dissected like he had been all night.

No one’s ever offered to take care of him before, not seriously. He was used to low ladder industry creeps saying it to him while they shoved their hands down his pants. But this guy- this impeccably dressed guy, kept his hands to himself. He could entertain him for a bit longer, there was no harm in it?

And maybe he doesn’t intend to get into the cab with him and more so he doesn’t mean stay up all night talking in such a lavish penthouse living room with a man he just met. It almost feels surreal by the time he’s watching the sunrise, passing a cigarette between the two of them when Porter speaks.

“My offer still stands, I’d like to take care of you.”

There's something to say about the bonding that comes from being constantly compared to your brother figure. It's how they fell for each other so quickly, they got it in a way nobody else could. Everybody around them is so nice and perfect and gross. Where's their rage? Where's their anger at the injustices they face?

But their relationship grew past the anger. It grew into nervous first dates, into sharing recipes and memories of home. Into sharing clothes and lying sprawled on top of each other like the world doesn't exist.

Anger brought them together, but they give each other peace.

LEON S. KENNEDY

Leon doesn't usually dress up. It's out of the way for him to do so usually. But he can be bribed with a good meal and hug.

Old man thinks he's too cool to enjoy Halloween. But he actually really enjoyed dressing up in his low budget vampire suit from the discounted section of a Halloween store.

This is the only time in the year he would slick back his hair with gel in spite of how you think it looks really good on him, framing his features and accentuating his blue eyes. He is very stubborn and likes his hair down.

Now he wears the same costume every year. So much that you're getting really sick of it. He insists that it makes him look good (and it does)

He tries to act cool, but he hates horror movies. When you are watching it together, his hand will be clasping your arm tight, shaking a little.

"Are you sure you don't want to watch something else?" You would ask, and he would respond with: "Pfft. Me? I'm not scared at all."

CLAIRE REDFIELD

Halloween is Claire's favourite holiday! She LOVES it.

And so does the kids in her neighbourhood. She always has a huge smile on her face with trick or treaters, will compliment everyone's costumes and give away extra treats.

I see her going all out for Halloween parties. She learnt SFX makeup and a bit of sewing so that her costumes and make-up are really scary.

Which is a stark contrast with her brother, Chris. He thinks dressing up is a chore and a waste of time. When he does dress-up, it's always in uniform (e.g. firefighter, cop). He thinks it makes him look cool. (He's not wrong but, what is up with Chris and uniforms?)

Already planned out her costumes for the next five years (Ideas keep changing too). She definitely wishes there are more days in Halloween because she has so many ideas.

CARLOS OLIVEIRA

Carlos is a menace during Halloween.

In no way is Carlos the best at making costumes or doing scary make-up, but Carlos is very creative.

Years ago, Carlos disguised himself as a stuffed doll sitting on the porch. Gave all the kids the fright of their life. He will watch them scram away in fear, and bellows a laugh. (traumatising kids is his favourite pasttime)

Another year, he devised a mechanism that springs up a shadowed figure anytime someone rings his doorbell.

He became infamous in his neighbourhood for his antics, and it's now an attraction for both kids and grown-ups every Halloween.

I also see him and Claire becoming really good friends from their united love for Halloween!

ASHLEY GRAHAM

I headcanon Ashley to crochet, so with Halloween coming, I see her crocheting a spooky themed sweater top, or a granny square bag to embrace the season.

I think Ashley loves to host Halloween parties. With the size of her dad's house, she can accomodate a lot of friends. Often going over the top with themes and decorations.

This year's theme is Harry Potter. She custom ordered a 3 metre (10 feet) tall animatronic of a Dementor in her party and everyone loved it!

She also loves bingeing spooky movies during Halloween. Ashley loves horror movies so much! I don't see her screaming at horror movies, she has grown an immunity to them from watching too many.

ETHAN WINTERS

We already know Ethan has meticulously planned for Halloween almost a month in advance just for Rose.

He is determined to make Rose experience the best childhood, and that includes Halloween too.

Ethan loves matching costumes (would never admit it though), especially with Rose and you too.

When he finishes dressing up Rose, he snaps a million pictures of her, claiming he will show it to Rose when she's all grown up. And Rose will say "Dad, I don't want to take any more photos. The treats are gonna run out!"

Very protective. If anyone has a scary costume, he will steer Rose away from the scary man. Same for people who are underdressed, or is just generally creepy. Not on his watch.

ADA WONG

Halloween is not Ada's cup of tea. She goes out of her way to avoid going out during these days.

For trick or treaters, she leaves a candy bowl on her porch for kids to help themselves. Ada enjoys seeing the silly costumes the kids wear, but she despises interacting with them.

If you are special to Ada, she will put on a sexy Halloween outfit in the privacy of your quarters just for you. She won't take responsibility for whatever you guys might do afterwards. But those are just for your eyes only.

Ada watches horror movies with a blank face. At this point, nothing phases her anymore. I think she'll find them boring and slightly frustrating, with the stupid things the protagonists do to get themselves in danger. She rather watch true crime instead.

Idk what it is about Starbreaker that makes me latch onto the idea that they deserve to love each other. There’s kind of a desperation to it because Jace was dealt such a shitty hand and there’s also so much tragedy in Porter.

They were both tied together and changed for a bit, which is fine. D20 is bit city and it never bothered me before but it bothers me now. So at the very least if making them fall for each other in dozens and dozens of different ways makes them even a little less tragic and a little less doomed by the narrative I’ll take it. If it gives them back some agency or creates personality where there were notes but nothing concrete? Even better.

I want their mess, I want their drama, I want them living through every romcom and romance genre and trope known to man. I want them finding comfort in each other even if the world is going to shit around them. Always a duo, in every timeline. Even if things are bad, there’s still love there. Even when it’s fucked up, or heartbreaking.

Something about that desperation in Jace’s voice in part 2 of the finale with him calling out to Porter just makes me think about that same tone, that same desperation in the private moments we didn’t get to see.

We follow the protagonists, Porter and Jace were never meant to be anything more than background characters. The lens of the camera is meant to be unfocused on them. But I’m in awe of zooming in and seeing what could’ve been. All those late night that must’ve happened, all of those private whispers while they planned together. The commitment of being tethered to someone for 3 years so much so that the camera turned to them ever so briefly to highlight not once, but twice, that they’re connected.

Even if they’re jokes in canon, two bumbling fools that couldn’t even kill god, the part of them that is treated with care is the fact that they are THEE Aguefort teacher duo. There’s a list of staff we never met, that will never be anything because they don’t serve the narrative. But Jace and Porter do, hell, Porter is one of the teachers that had a ton of screen time and maybe he looked around at the set he was on and said hey, I’m dragging this threadbare excuse for man in front of the camera with me even if we come out the other end changed, we’ll still have each other.

As much as she was tempted to bite the stranger for obvious reasons, the many identifiers and scanners she could see in her visor indicated that the stranger wasn't human ( [ID = ???? WHAT IS THIS, I DON'T KNOW DON'T LOOK AT ME GENIUS ] ), but it clearly looked like one, almost. Save for the pointed ears, as well as the tail, horns and wings that looked a little too realistic.

Or maybe her optics were already going at sixteen. Good lord, she was becoming like her dad.

Although if the getup was some kind of obscure anime cosplay that they were doing, though, then she would at least admit that it looked sick as hell.
