Will transform Department of Health and Human Services into a "Department of Life"

Proposes abolishing the Department of Education

Seeks to eliminate federal oversight of public schools

Right to Protest:

Will increase surveillance of and penalties for protesters

Will limit First Amendment protections for public gatherings and dissent
