Hmm, I’m not too into the lore of Fallout (I only know what my lil bro’s played of 4), so this is kinda generic.

When the nukes went off, June and Jack made it to a Vault and survived to the “modern era”, where they got found by other survivors, and eventually make their way to the Minutemen base. June becomes one of their medics, while Jack becomes a Minuteman himself.

June grew up in Kanto, and goes on her pokemon journey at ten like most. Her first pokemon was a bulbasaur she names Ivy, who becomes a venusaur over time. 

She goes for the contest circuit instead of the gym league, getting five ribbons and a ticket to the Grand Festival. Not long after this, she gets stranded at a pokemon center due to a storm rainstorm that cause some flooding, so she spends the time helping Nurse Joy. This awakens a interest in pokemon medicine, and so she rounds out her team with a Chansey, who she names Apollo. 

After a few years of traveling the contest circuit, she enrolls in medical school and becomes a certified pokemon nurse. She then settles down and works as an assistant to the local Nurse Joy, eventually having her son Jack.
