7. what's one way your OC has changed since you first came up with them?

not gonna lie when i was first making calamity, i was absolutely floored. i wanted to create a conjurer OC, but i had no clue how to go on about it, what personality to give her, her role in my story, but eventually it all just clicked. i wanted her to be apprehensive of luna first, but i made her become luna's first friend at ravenwood instead. i was making her reference sheet when i realised, "wait, i have a moon themed OC... and i have a sun themed OC. why do i just not make calamity star themed?" and i thought it was a rad ass idea. and i still think so!!! calamity struggles with deep feelings of emptiness and self hatred, so she drowns herself into various hobbies, appears cheerful around people, and seeks out interesting stuff all the time in order to forget about those feelings. meeting somebody intriguing like luna who was not only a new student, but also completely new to the SPIRAL itself, was an experience for her. the stars finding the very thing that was missing from their skies, if that makes sense.

oh BOY. to put it short, she followed luna to khrysalis where she got so corrupted by the shadow that she completely went berserk, had undergone a nastier transformation than luna's and had to be sealed away. poor calamity was no moon wizard with light inside of her to at least control it a little bit, or chosen child soldier to endure all that. it basically ain't her there anymore. IM SORRY

We all have canon mounts for our WoL's but, we ALL have our first chocobo! What is your WoL's chocobo name? Do they have a strong bond after going on so many adventures together?

Kai: Swiftstep, a prayer for speed and sure footing

Yuki: Otoya, fleet and true as an arrow

Popoto: Pumpkin, named for her color and how round she was as a baby

Negi: Namatamago, he thought it sounded cute

(The others don't have their birdies yet so they don't have names, but everyone is def good friendos with their birbs)

Since Popoto is so small I hc that she made friends with all the chocobo breeders in Bentbranch, and when it came time for her to get a riding bird they gave her a special dwarf chocobo to fit her size

If you're given a chance to have an expac/prequel (timeline who) that is tailor-made SPECIFICALLY for your WoL/XIV OC... What is the title and MSQ

Kinda HC that Azems source shard dies during/before each calamity, and they played some pivotal role in either bringing it about or trying to prevent it. MSQ would be a series of echo visions going through the events leading up to each death, and what happened after. I'd probably call it Shardbound, to bring it full circle back to my wols name weh also cuz that's just been the theme of her story, even back when arr dropped (though rip, yet another SB acronym lmao) so you'd go from the first all the way to the 6th or 7th calamity (not sure about 7 cuz that'd just be 1.0 lmao)

Although I do have a hm what if about like, what if azems shard was born as a (pre-empire) garlean, and that was the reason emet-selch decided to become solus and marry them for angst reasons. Then when the shard died it would be the Tragedy that got Emet-Selch to give up on humanity (again), and hed authorize the research that led to the 7th calamity

I gave Yuki the Big Tail and I like to imagine it is large like a croc's, also she does the water float thing. She rumbles like a croc too

Crystal hisses and has folding fangs like a snake, and her scales are small and cover a lot of her body so she can shed them in one big pull

Also HC that au ra spend only part of their pre-natal time as a pregnancy, and about halfway through they come out as an egg. This way the mother doesn't have to risk birthing a gigantic baby boy or deal with horn nubs. You can tell when they're about to Lay because they start to get nesting instinct, and crave foods that give them a lot of calcium. Yuki has her egg and gets the Ironworks to build a portable crystal-powered incubator, and it looks like those travel backpacks for cats

But seriously I hope this season will have more story-driven/worldbuilding episodes, considering that is the final. To be more specific I would like to see more Sasha and well, of course, Andrias and his exes (ALSO FINGERS CROSSED THAT IT WON'T BE JUST IN THE FINAL EPISODE I NEED A BREATHING ROOM SIR MATT 😭😭😭)

And I have a few assumptions about the plot, what might be revealed this season: ***LONG POST***

* I think after stealing the box the Froog went into hiding in Wartwood - the place is perfect for laying low, being surrounded by an impenetrable wall of ice for a long period of time, - where she joined the Plantar family. She hid the box in the Wartwood (probably somewhere in the house), grew old, and died. Then someone else - mysterious doctor P - down the line found it and probably by chance teleported the box and a few personal belongings to Earth. by belongings, I mean this cabinet and their book «extraordinary guide to Magic and Mystery»

Why can't the Froog be that doctor P? Because there are two books (if we assume that dr P is also her relative) that belong to the Plantars with completely different hand and tone of writing.

Also I wanna point out that knowledge of the Calamity box is very limited: even in the biggest library of Amphibia you can't find anything on it, there is only 3 books that has any information on it: dr. P's guide, from the Planters, and the most importantly very big book that Andrias specially hid from everyone.

* Andrias's Master is a frog based on gigantic (for its species) frog from dinosaur times so it could be the reason why we will have character-paleontologist and why the Plantars trying to sneak in a dinosaur museum in the intro.

Now more headcanon territory: * Wisdom gem grants its owner the power of telekinesis. * Barrel probably ran off to his famous fight to save the villagers and Andrias considers it the part of his betrayal (I did a comic about it ;)) ). Also he could have the same role or be on the same level of importance as Olivia, considering that the two of them have the same gold medallion. * Andrias took some mannerism from the Froog for his "friendly exterior", maybe to mock it in a way. Also Andrias took "run and hit with your forehead" move from Barrel (cause he had horns duh). * Yellow-orange gem on the Froog's cape could have some special properties, cause it is the same color as Anrias's shield and sword.

Well it's the canon, but still, it's pretty clear that Andrias is still hurt by his friends' betrayal, as the scene with Sprig's fall suggests, but also he still keeps the ruined painting of them in the basment instead of destroying it completely.

this is mostly a joke because she really does like black coffee but puts like a really small amount of milk in it each time because the bitterness doesn't exactly do it for her LOLOL

she always gets a cheesy pizza panini too because it's her favorite. and then her dumbass ends up getting another because she craves it too much and can't cook. everyone laugh at her.

white chocolate mocha with whipped cream and caramel drizzle on top. a LOT of caramel drizzle. even more than that. she LOVES that shit. and tbh? she real asf cause so do i!

a good ass salad does alongside the white chocolate mocha does it for her everyyyy singleee timeeeeee. she always chooses the FANCIEST salad on the menu because it wouldn't be galena effin titanomen if she didn't.

she will order orange juice alongside it all because. literally why not. what is stopping her. she can do it.

but he does love a good ass cappuccino. basically just put way more milk in his coffee than hers. don't forget the cocoa drizzle on top! and make it steaming hot!

she doesn't like coffee at ALL (how....)

buuut she fucks with tea real hard so she always gets tea instead. chamomile is her favorite flavour but she always likes trying out different flavours.

she tends to buy a lot of chocolate chip cookies because she's too big of a sweet tooth and can't get enough of it. once again, REAL!!! her goofy self once tried dipping one into her tea and she liked it. and nobody around her was surprised. she doesn't have a serious damn bone in her body
