hmmm this is a tricky one, because yes? because i write fanfiction? but i think you link a lot of my favorite tropes and themes to buffy the vampire slayer, which basically shaped my little baby brain and still does to this day. (season six spuffy before turning red, you moved me.)

i definitely need to slow down sometimes when i'm writing one shots and posting them to ao3. most of the time my one shots are ideas-in-the-moment pieces i work on for two hours, skim over for major typos, then post without thinking. i just did a fields of mistria fic this past month because i was dying to get it out of my system, but i could have taken the night to return to it to make it longer/a miniseries.

ough this is tough bcs i'm in a bit of a negative space atm w my own writing... i think i struggle often to keep things short and snappy. whenever i reread my own works (rare) i often find myself thinking like. fucking hell get to the POINT. so i think i could do with more editing time maybe? not that writing always has to be short and snappy but i think i definitely have a tendency to run long in often unnecessary ways! ðïž â¢ what's your favourite type of comment to receive on your work?
i luv all the comments i get!! but ones where people pull out lines they particularly enjoyed are always so lovely to read and see what different people liked... i've been making a conscious effort to do it more when i comment on other peoples' works bcs of how much i enjoy receiving them :') ð ⢠tag your biggest supporter(s) and say one nice thing about them -> supporters feels weird but i'm gonna tag a few ppl who read like. a lot of the things i post.
