📃 So Madoka Magica is anime that is mainly a show but does have a movie (and a new movie in the making). The basic plot revolves around Madoka and her struggling to decide whether or not she should become a magical girl as her friends who are or become magical girls are all struggling with the duties being a magical girl has. That summary doesn't do it a justice but it's the best I got lol

📌 Netflix recommended it to me, and I was on a Cardcaptor Sakura hyperfixation, so I thought I'd try it, not realizing what I was getting into lol

✨️ The plot, the characters, and the character designs! The artistry behind this show is fantastic in every aspect, and it really gets my creative juices flowing!

🎥 Literally any transformation sequence! Each one is so unique and visually stunning!

💕 MAMI TOMOE!!! She's so cool and pretty! Her character was written incredibly, and her design is gorgeous! She's just such a likable character 💛

💔 Probably Nagisa Momoe only in comparison to the other girls. I just think her character design has too much going on, but it makes sense why her design is the way it is if you know her character. It's just personality, not my favorite, but it isn't bad by any means.

💎 In his reaction to the Madoka Magica Rebellion movie, Danny Motta accurately predicts the dopple system, which is introduced in Magia Record, which he hasn't watched yet.

💢 The transformations in the old Magia Record mobile game has a lot of the girls naked. They are minors. It makes me incredibly uncomfortable, and I hope they steer away from that in the new mobile game they're making. Also, in the main Madoka Magica show, they do have naked little girls in the intro and in a scene in the last episode. Again, makes very much uncomfortable.
