“hey!” your excited tone of voice and sudden stop in your walk dragged him out of his trace as he was staring down at his phone, tilting his head at you in confusion, he raised an eyebrow as if to get you to continue. “look at that bird over there!” with sudden interest he looked over to where you had pointed before furrowing his brows at the lack of well, bird. before he could remark, he felt something grasp his chin and turn his head back so that he was face-to-face with you.

MEGUMI FUSHIGURO

deadpans so hard. your stifled giggles didn’t help the situation as you tried to keep a straight face but failed completely. actually turned and started to walk away from the entire situation much to your dismay. your calls of “‘gumi come back!” and “please it’s not that serious” reached his ears along with your guffaws of laughter. if he’s lucky enough you’ll brush off the entire thing and won’t dare tell nobara, yuji, or, heaven forbid, gojo about his reaction (spoiler alert: you told all three and were denied kisses for a week).

YUJI ITADORI

he thinks you’re adorable. absolutely buys into your attempt to be playful with him; goes as far as to call you over-the-top nicknames, giggling exaggeratedly, and saying “oh, stop” in the highest pitch of voice he can muster. even though you two look odd to passerbyers neither of you could care about them, caught up in your mixtures of laughter. sukuna nearly threw up and told yuji to never pull that shit again, especially in public.

OB: MAMMON

internally screams. he knows what you’re doing can be considered stupid, and he knows you know that, too. tries his best to cover it up but fails immensely, the blush looks like it’s been dusted all over his cheeks as he tears his head away from your grasp a bit too late. don’t ask if he’s okay because he isn’t. whether you interpreted that his response was from embarrassment or a response from a crush he didn’t want to know, although a small part of him wishes you thought it was from the latter.

OB: LUCIFER

honestly, you’d have to build up the courage to do it to them in the first place, but once you do he’s simply amused. doesn’t give much of a reaction but that doesn’t stop his heart from speeding up at the proximity of your faces. chuckles as he grasps your hand and holds it beside you. you best believe he’ll get you back for doing that, and soon enough you’ll be the one flustered instead of him. your little plans never seem to go accordingly when they involve him.

this poor man is so confused. he barely knows about how most of the world around him works, nonetheless things such as “rizz” and antics of trying to “rizz him up”. in his confused state he only presses his lips against yours with such gentleness you almost forgot what you were trying to do in the first place. archons forbid you ruin his moment when he seems so pleased in himself for trying to guess what you wanted, so you dropped the entire thing and gave him a kiss back.

GA MING

knows exactly what’s going on and buys into it anyway. masking his cheeky smile with a face of shock, he asks you what you’re doing in the most clueless tone he can muster. doesn’t matter because you saw through his expression much to his dismay, but you didn’t seem to falter with your antics. he tried to get you back but that seemed to fuel a competition with each other to try and see if you could actually rizz up one another.

I had sushi yesterday with my partner and got my favourite mentaiko sauce on the cooked items. 🍙 (My stomach cannot handle raw food sadly so no sashimi :c) Afterwhich, I went to listen to a research seminar and attended my lab session to check on my cells. There are growing pretty well I would say! 😄

My supervisor was really nice and has taught me a lot on how to handle the cells properly. I had to write up a manual for all the stuff he taught me for record purposes as well. But I do find it rather necessary as we are mainly conversing in our mother tongue, which I don't normally use when I am talking to anyone in the lab. So I am pretty glad there was this system in place to ensure I am understanding the information correctly! I didn't really do much after my lab ended when I got home as I am extremely exhausted and was supposed to have an early morning the next day but...

I slept past my alarm. By an hour. I had to rush to wash up and do my hair in 30 minutes without eating any food, except lozenges for my throat/cough. I managed to make it to my lecture hall kinda in time... I was late by 5 minutes but the professor was still doing the course introduction. So thank goodness for that. 🫣 Honestly glad to not be missing this class as I loved this module to bits. Second image was taken in my lecture hall. Since I was late, I felt bad to sit at the back, so I sat near the front of the professor. 🫥

After my lecture, I met with my partner again for lunch and headed to my school area for a short session to write up my lab manual and some key observations for my project so future me won't be dumb enough to do the steps incorrectly and risk re-culturing all the cells again. I will be heading to the lab again tomorrow after my lectures to do more lab training. 🦠 I am honestly kinda surprised that mammalian cells are quite easy to work with. (for now. This is my current impression. I feel like I might take these words back some time in future.) Hoping for tomorrow's session to be smoothsailing! ❤️💙

P.S. my old laptop died so I got a new laptop! Praying it will survive long! My old laptop lasted me 5 years before it died of multi-organ failure (AKA wifi card died, USB port all failed, keyboard malfunctioning, hinge for screen wobbly, trackpad having issues registering, audio port failure, and more... yep, I call it multi-organ failure 🥲)

I reread (and reread and reread) The Hunger Games about a year ago and fell into fanfiction and fandom, joined tumblr, and then eventually deluded myself into believing I could do it too… so I guess it was the natural progression?

Before that I hadn’t written anything since I was a camp councilor at a summer writing camp in college.

Hmm. I’ll be excited to finish a multi chapter WIP. But again, I’m new here, so I don’t know…

🍙 Is there a fic you wish had gotten more attention?

Lost Girl is the origin of the Finnick and Katniss friendship from Finnick’s POV within The Odds universe. It is (correctly) not tagged as Everlark and I think because of that it gets the least attention of the series 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yes! I am working toward finishing my first multi chapter fic

Hmm not really I guess? I am kind of embarrassed/anxious whenever anyone reads my writing most of the time and I’ve only posted two fics that I actually feel good about. One got a lot of attention that I think it deserved and the other didn’t get much but got a lot of in depth discussion due to the niche subject matter. I guess I wish that more people wanted to read stuff like Realizations content wise but I also know my route to get this stuff discussed more is primarily my academic writing and that fanfiction won’t actually change that many people’s mindsets about things because it’s a hobby people do for fun.

Small Update!

🍙: Plague said we can go out to the bookstore I like in human world and I get to pick whatever books I like! Hehe 🥰 We don’t really celebrate things like Thanksgiving or Christmas down in Hell but Plague likes to give me gifts cause they celebrate and I always get happy to see what they get me! This year they said I can pick early and they’ll still give me a surprise gift too so I’m excited.~ I also know I’m getting lots and lots of treats and food so I’ll be in the best of moods this month. I’m so happy ah! Would you like to join?

🦎: Lucifer said I’m allowed to go out as long as I keep my location on which is bullshit, fucker doesn’t trust me! What am I going to do? I have to take advantage of this cause in a week’s time, about, he’s leaving for the “holidays” or whatever. 🌪️: I’m kind of late for my shift-. I was trying to do some nicer makeup and outfit for it… kind of looks like my regular shit though. Goth and Black just like we like it.~ Trying to get more tips by just wearing a jacket and, hopefully, sexy makeup?
