drovelis. i used to take belara, but it messed up my migraines. not sure what brands you have in your country. drovelis is relatively new, so be careful, but it's the brand that gives me the least side effects. first two months on it sucked, but it got better over time and i also have endometriosis, so maybe that played a role, too.

i'm in a similar situation where i also choose to not be in a relationship and don't want to be a wife and mother. it really is a lonely life sometimes because most people will get married and have kids but in my opinion it's always better to regret not having done it than regretting having done it. especially if someone chooses to have children and regrets it, what then? and if you don't have them (biologically), you will always have a chance to have children in your life in other ways (godmother, aunt, foster mom etc.) but what you will not regret is investing time in yourself and learn new things. you can read books, watch movies, learn a new language or how to play an instument. there are so many things you can do with your life and there are women out there who are also not married and/or a mother. it is more difficult but not impossible. live your life for yourself, do what makes you happy and fulfilled. try not to care about what others things about you. as a woman, people will find a way to be unhappy with your choices either way but it's your life so might as well do what you want :) wish you all the best!

People hate radfems because they spend 90% of their energy obsessing over trans people while women are actively losing legally protected rights in countries like the US. Radfems fuel anti-trans rhetoric that results in real life anti-LGBTQ oppression and legislature, which includes lesbians and GNC women. Trans people do not run the world, it is a very small population of people who are hated/shunned by a lot of society. How is that threatening you? How is that more threatening than the rise of transvestigators harassing gnc cis women? Are genital inspections on underage girls so they can play sports helping protect them? Look at the Instagram comments of any slightly masculine-looking woman. Look at the types of legislation, practices, harassment and attitudes that anti-trans sentiment has brought. It harms everyone who doesn't strictly adhere to conventional gender expectations.

I've investigated radfem spaces to try to understand the perspective. But it's so self-centered with people saying *I* experience *my* gender this way, so all the trans people must be wrong. Obsessing over what labels other people choose and how they decide to look is a waste of time. We live in a heavily gendered world and it sucks and people cope in different ways.

But at a certain point the rhetoric doesn't even matter. Radfems get more and more miserable and angry the deeper they go and for what? Why is this small population of people exploring gender in ways you disagree with your highest priority? Radfems have blown up trans issues in their minds to a ridiculous extent that just does not reflect reality. My gnc cis, nonbinary and trans friends all get along fine in the real world, nobody's identity invalidates anyone else's, and transition has helped all of those who chose it feel happier and more comfortable in this shitty gendered world. So why do you care so much?

I don't know why I wrote this, I don't expect your mind to change. I haven't given radfems any thought in a long time but your post came across my fyp and it reminded me of what frustrated me about modern radfems when I tried exploring the ideology. I'm happily agender now but it doesn't matter, what label I choose hardly impacts my life. Radfems seem to give it more thought than I do.

I have a hard time believing you're a feminist. I thought bodily autonomy for all people, and separation from body parts was a huge part of feminism. I thought feminism was less about a competition to escape oppression, and more about opening the gates for all genders and gender expressions to exist comfortably. I struggle to see how adults (young or old) undergoing medical care will prevent women from equal opportunity. I don't believe being trans is really about "choosing sides." I think we should be giving attention to the stories of Joy we hear from our trans friends and family if we're struggling to understand why they're making choices we may not make ourselves. And through that we can perhaps create meaningful friendships and connections that give us even more knowledge and understanding of lives outside our own and strengthen feminist work!

i am not able to give more detailed answer at the moment but i do not need you to believe me that i am a feminist.
