Iris gave him a playful smirk. “High risk, high reward. I make no promises on which way this will go,” she added, before running her fingers down his arm. She took a few steps back until she was at the walk in door, as she pulled the door open gestured for him to follow, “Come keep me warm.”

"You are very ominous," Noah chuckled thinking about how he was playing a dangerous game that can end up good or bad, but he was the type to throw himself at opportunity and ask questions later. "It's kind of hot." Her touch made him smile and he took a long sip out of his drink, almost finishing it, before following her. "Well, I'm a gentleman after all. Can't let you freeze to death."

"You know what? I completely agree, you should dress like this every day." He grinned while he grabbed the jello shot from her. "Yeehaw sounds more like it." He took the shot even though he never understood the hype around it, but it was alcohol and he was intended on having fun tonight.

"I considered leaving off the hat and accessories so that I can be dressed as a normal hooker for the party, but this outfit is just a lot more fun. I might dress like this all the time" Iris said, to the person she was handing the jello shot to. "Cheers or howdy or whatever."

Iris gave a small shrug and a laugh. “I feel like everyone wants to be engaged but noone wants to actually do the married part,” she said, with a sip of her drink. “Although the real question is if they will cancel the wedding if someone in the party dies or if they will just swap out the still warm dress.” 

"It sure is a commitment, half the time it goes up in flames." Her biggest example was her own parents' marriage, two people who were seemingly in love that let a whole family fall apart. "I uh - that's a little vile, don't you think?" Analu shook her head and took a long sip of her drink.

"How'd you get yourself stabbed anyway?" Gabbie questioned, taking a seat in the chair next to Iris and propping her feet on the edge of the bed. "You've been here what? Barely over a month? That's some bad juju around you if you ask me, you should go get it checked out. I know a guy." Given he will probably do nothing less than scam her, but that wasn't Gabbie's problem.

Iris woke up to the same white ceiling she has grown to hate. It suddenly crossed her mind that she wanted to paint the celing back at her apartment, she could always paint it back when she moved out. She knew that she would rather focus on how annoyed she was staring at blank nothingness than the fact that she was stabbed and thrown down the stairs. She didn’t even know that girl… Adee or whatever, she saw her a few times at the bar and that was it. She never would have put two and two together when she wasn’t counting to begin with. She finally broke her focus on the ceiling when she heard someone walk into the room. “Please entertain me, I’ve never been this bored in my life. They don’t even have netflix, I have to just watch whatever is on,” she said, before sitting up.

“I love playing pool, as a bartender I spend a lot of time playing with the regulars during slow shifts. Not at Medusa’s of course but a lot at my old bar,” Iris said, with a nod and a laugh. She snuck out while the woman distracted the nurse and this was the most alive she felt since she got to this town. This girl managed to get hotter by the minute when she saw her bike. She was never going to have to pay for her drinks at Medusa’s again. “Actually, they’re made of solid bronze and then plated with 24 karat gold, I used to hook up with a guy who had one. I considered snagging it but they actually made them illegal to sell so it’s only worth like a dollar or some bullshit.”

One of the reasons Gabbie preferred to hang out more around Deadlights than Medusa. The club can be fun, but the vibe of a dive bar was much more her style. "That's absolute bullshit," Gabbie rolled her eyes, "but celebrity stans are insane, I can say I snagged it off someone popular enough and they'd be bidding til no tomorrow." Maybe she should make her way to Los Angeles for a little 'vacation'. "Hold on tight," Gabbie instructed Iris before she kicked her bike into first gear and swerved out of the hospital before anyone could realize what they'd done. When they got inside Deadlights Gabbie went straight to the bar to get both of them a bottle of beer. "Hope you like beer, but more for me if you don't." She grinned as she set them aside and went to rack up the balls. "Okay runaway, let's see what you got. Break it up."

“You’re right, it’s not like I have issues with being a slut. I’m quite good at it myself,” Iris said, with a shrug. “That is my normal strategy, but I was drunk and sloppy and now I’m just sad that I’m sober right now. Like, I’m over it. Sometimes people get stabbed and shit, just let me go home.” 

"Atta girl." There's one thing she knew right now and it's how Iris sure did pull the short end of the stick, but at least she wasn't laying six feet under so that, by Nightrest's standards, was a win itself. "I'm no doctor by any means, but I bet if I sneak you out right now you can tear up a stitch or something and it's right back to day one. But it'll be fun to do it, so just say the word."

“As a bartender I hear all of the gossip around town, so if I hear people talking about my murdering ways I know where it started,” Iris said, with a playful tone. She let herself lean against the bar and lock eyes with him. “The only way to find out is to check out the cooler with me.” 

"Promise I'll try to keep my mouth shut to keep me on your good side," he raised his hands in defense, mentally keeping his fingers crossed he isn't involving himself with an actual murderer, but hell you only live once, right? "Color me intrigued. Can you at least keep all my body parts intact? I don't want to be part of whatever funky experiment is happening. I've never been in a cooler before."

"A roleplay, you say? Now you've got me curious." There was a mischievous glint in his eye as he met her playful tone. "Why wait when we're perfectly dressed for cowboys and outlaws."
