𐙚‧ couldn't believe she was even thinking of 'joining forces' with someone she hadn't spent months handpicking and researching. she needed to know who to trust, right? but if she could make someone miserable and use valentine's talents for that... then why not? a smirk spread across her lips at the words coming out of the other's mouth, nodding her head in agreement. evil, that she was. "send in the troops, exactly. why are we getting our hands dirty when there's minions who would do that for us, right?" responded as she shrugged her shoulders. "i always make sure i'm never found at the scene of any crime."

"love the energy..." it was said with lack of it, on her part. "you're like, infiltrating them from the inside ?? weak points, and all'a that ?? sounds lush." now, when she could finally talk freely, the food was momentarily forgotten. valentine leaned in, just a little bit... enough to still be comfortable. "if something doesn't go our way... — we just... send the troops, then ??" she quipped, "there's no bad blood between us, at least in my opinion. joining forces won't hurt. it might stun a couple of fans, though... and i feel like that's what we should be going for, you know ??"

𐙚‧ looked at her nails as he spoke, rolling her eyes at the words that were coming out of his mouth. what he was saying was all she wanted to here, yet she couldn't bring herself to even tell him that. always had to have an uppity attitude, probably why this all fell down in the first place. "how can i believe that? it isn't like you have tried to speak to me since we broke up. if you really wanted this... surely you would have come to me to work things out." was far too proud to do that said thing herself. / @bruiscdmouth

𐙚‧ a sort of disgusted look on her face as valentine continued eating during their conversation but rolled her eyes and shrugged it off. "oh sweetheart," laughs as she throw her hair off her shoulder and behind her back, leaning closer to the other. "i don't need to throw hands, baby. i can do enough to harm someone without breaking a nail or messing my outfit up," shrugs her shoulders as she spoke. "i think us joining forces would be more beneficial to both of us than fighting it out between each other."

valentine was mid-chew; couldn't really do much, other than nod, reluctantly. was she going to regret it, later on ?? probably. "look," she began, clearing her throat. "we can either fight it out, or not. i can throw hands, can you ??" no, she was not being serious. there was actually no way the musician was going to willingly get up from her spot and do something that required moving one limb too many. "yeah, nah... — i'm all about peace, especially with you. how 'bout we... join forces, hmm ??"

𐙚‧ a laugh fell out of her mouth at his words, but more because she couldn't believe that he even called her annoying in the first place. sure, he was probably right, but no one had said that to her face before. for the first time in their conversation, she shifted her focus from her nails that were freshly manicured to look at him, crossing both her arms over chest. her jaw was clenched as she went through everything in her head, figuring out how to act next...what to say next. "this is the issue, hm? i don't think anything i do would be right for you. sure, you're the one screaming and shouting to get your point out but it all comes back to what i have or haven't done. we never talk, we shout."

"you're so fucking annoying you know that?" he scoffs as she doesn't even spare him a glance. like he's groveling with a brick wall. warren knows he shouldn't be doing this but there's always going to be something about her. "what am i doing right now? what is this supposed to be?" his voice is raising as he moves to try and get her to look at him. like he might not exist if she doesn't. "is that what i surely would have done?" he snaps. "you're wrong too. you can never admit anything."

𐙚‧ eyes widened before she laughed, covering her mouth as she did so. "maybe the first problem is that she thinks that she's your girl..." shrugs her shoulders before dropping her hand and smirking. "don't take it too personal. she just knows our standards...and doesn't know that i actually know you."

𐙚‧ ophelia looked at her, head cocking to the side as a smirk took over her lips, laugh escaping as she did so. "you're starting to sound like me now, hm? no one can be superior to me in my world. are we gonna have to fight it out or can we make some kinda harmonious environment here?"
