Notes: Title inspired by this song. I was inspired by this post and it was fun writing in Anji's POV! It might be a bit OOC for him, but who cares!! This fic is split into two points during their relationship, so enjoy!

Pre-Relationship: The moon was shining as I saw the man wading in the water. As if he sensed my presence, he turned around to see me. It was hard to see his face, but his body was in enveloped in the moonlight. He looked at me with suspicion and questioned what I was doing. I casually gave some answers and he seemed to accept them. We both stood in silence, until the man mumbled about an inn and began walking.

Seeing this as a signal, I followed him and upon closer inspection, I found something intriguing. From the moonlight’s glow, I saw scales! They started from his cheeks and trailed down to his neck…

Oops, can’t believe I was caught! He’s very alert…

So my eyes wander around and I finally see the inn as we approach it. Anyways it seems the boss was right! The lake definitely has a secret and I may have found my key to unlocking it.

Dating: The moonlight really highlights his scales beautifully. While the sunlight makes Calibur’s scales shine, the moon makes them look elegant. Yes, if I have to choose moonlight is better than sunlight! Another reason why moonlight is better because I see Calibur unwind when we’re alone. He’s always watchful of his surroundings, even when he’s around friends. I understand that too, but it’s always good to let loose.

Anyways! At night, Calibur and I talk often as a way to tire ourselves before going to sleep. He moves his hands a lot as he talks and when he laughs… His head tilts back and I get clear view of the scales on his neck. Calibur’s delightful laugh and beautiful scales are a dangerous combo to my heart. However, I can never move my eyes away from him. Sometimes, it reminds me of when our eyes first met as I saw his scales in the moon’s light.

I was set on uncovering the lake’s secret; however, it instead led me to something amazing. I got to meet Calibur!

hello everyone. i come forward to you all today to speak out against something. it hurts me a lot that the situation even has to come to this but i need to bring this to light

it was just a regular day. i was on discord chat (discord.gg/freakcove) and things were fine, until suddenly macalo " @doveish " mimosa appeared and everything went wrong. shi exhibited terrible and rude behavior against everyone in chat (discord.gg/freakcove) and it was so distressing and ruined the good and friendly mood that the chat previously had.

i am hurt that macalo wasn't who i thought shi was. ever since being in the server (discord.gg/freakcove) macalo has become more and more problematic, showing hir true self. its come to a point that even @whisfer is making a callout on hir too.

please be careful about who you trust and believe in Tumblr. sometimes, your Tumblr editor mutual just might turn out to be a toxic 2 year old and the Korea association of machinery industry in disguise.
