Thérèse Raquin und Vampire klingt ja ein wenig wie Stolz und Vorurteil und Zombies, wird aber im Gegensatz zu letzterem von manchen Kritikern fast als seriöse Filmkunst wahrgenommen. Ich kann das jetzt in Unkenntnis des Romans überhaupt nicht beurteilen, aber immerhin gibt es mal wieder Vampire. Der Vampir hat es allerdings nicht leicht, weil er katholischer Priester ist und Enthaltsamkeit predigt, aber dann überkommt ihn natürlich doch der Durst nach Blut und eine unstillbare Gier nach der Gattin seines außerordentlich rotznäsigen Jugendfreundes. Wahrscheinlich ist es eine grundsolide Klassikerverfilmung.
