That’s Okay

"Do you have enough underwear?" She was buzzing around in the very early morning. It felt like she couldn't stop moving even her body said that it's still too early to get up. "Yes, I-" his sentence was cut off by her asking him again. "Is it like five pieces? I think you need like a dozen, Kyungsoo" she talked while her hands were moving vigorously to pack more underwear for him. "Have you packed plastic bags? How much did you pack? I think you also need more" she rambled all the way into the kitchen. "I did, don't worry" he followed her into the kitchen. That morning has been full of following her everywhere. "Ah also have you packed some meds? like for cold, fever and stuff?" she kept on moving back and forth into the drawer where they kept all of the meds. "Um, I did pack some, I think it will be enough" he shrugged. "Bring more" she brought another 3 packs into his bag. "Okay now, shampoo? face wash? um, toothpaste? toothbrush?"  her voice was getting slower and slower word after word. "Baby, are you okay?" Kyungsoo grabbed her hand to make her face him and there he found the love of his life crying silently with her eyes shut. He pulled her closer into his chest, feeling his shirt wettened by her silent tears, she didn't like to cry in front of anyone. "No, I'm not. I'm scared that I will miss you so much more than I let myself to be" she inhaled deeply the scent she's going to miss soon. "That's okay" he smiled and brushed her hair softly. "You are gonna be fine, just know that I love you so much and I will miss you more than you miss me"

That, the smile she's going to miss for 574 days.

Notes:

So the things I listed above are based on Singapore's National Service Enlistment, I couldn't find one from SK :( and sorry if it’s short just need to get some out of my chest

and also

I really gonna miss Kyungsoo so bad, but hey it’s a mandatory thing to do in SK. I think it’s also a non discriminative action, even if he is a celeb he still needs to do.
