Why did Chlomaki keep coming back? Perhaps she was a masochist or that she wanted to rub her better off life in his face... Or maybe because she just wanted to prove something to him. That she was stronger than he probably thought of her. 

She can’t help but sweat slightly whenever the other gets out of his chair and approaches her. Despite her never ending disgust of him, Chlomaki couldn’t stave off the fear for him no matter how much she tried. The fear was justified though since he was a god and well... She was a witch.

“No, why would I ever like you?” The witch inquired with a hint of disdain in her tone.

The cigarette being extinguished on her cheek was painful indeed. But Chlomaki toughed it out because she didn’t want the other to enjoy her wincing in pain.
