Throwback to that long #taipeitrip and I had a day catching up with @shutterfoodie and we went to 永康刀削麵 (handsliced noodles) to start our day... t’was my second time there and ordered the beef and tomato soup noodle. I love my noodles thick and chunky, almost udon like, and this one with it’s savory-sour broth, delectable pieces of beef and those chewy noodles really fills me up well. (Suddenly hungry now...🤤).
