⭆ This was most definitely your idea. Draken would’ve never suggested something so dangerous. He knows you can hold your own, but he wouldn’t willingly put you in a situation where you could get hurt.

⭆ It definitely took some convincing and by convincing I mean you didn’t give him much of a choice. You went over to his house because you guys were gonna hang out for a while.

“Ken let me ride your motor bike.”

“No.”

⭆ Literally said no just like that. So you started acting cold toward him until he gave in.

“Babe, can you come here for a sec?”

“No.”

“Ouch. Are you still mad about the bike thing? It’s dangerous.”

“I’ll be fine, you’re being dramatic love. Just teach me how to ride.”

⭆ Sucked his teeth, but agreed. Now Draken has a lot of patience, being that he deals with Mikey, but no one told him how much of a hassle this would be.

⭆ You both made your way out to the back, it was a pretty empty street so you could practice there. When y’all got back there you hopped right on the bike, no helmet, no idea what to do, lost asf but ready to pull off. He had to reel you back in.

“What are you doing?”

“What does it look like I’m doing? I’m ready to pull off.”

“No you’re not dumbass. You have no helmet and don’t even know the basics.”

“You’re a slow ass teacher. Hurry up babe.”

“Don’t rush me because I’m worried about your safety. Here.”

⭆ He gave you this old ass helmet that wasn’t even cute.

“Let me tie up your hair. The braids are long and they might get in the way.”

“Alright.”

⭆ You were in this bulky ass helmet and your hair was pulled back. Not a flattering image. (but you’re still bad asf and he knows it 👩🏽‍💻) His bike was a Kawasaki Zephyr 400.

“Okay now pay attention and listen because you’re stubborn.”

“You ain’t have to add that part.”

“This is the ignition switch to turn on the bike and this is the engine kill switch to turn it off. Right here is the throttle, you twist the throttle toward you to accelerate so be careful.”

⭆ You had been listening while he was explaining, but you couldn’t help and stare at him with admiration. Even though he was against the idea at first he did end up doing it because it’s what you wanted.

⭆ That just goes to show how much this boy cares about you, he wouldn’t spend time just teaching anyone.

“Don’t go too fast and start braking with these a few seconds before you want to stop. Ease off the throttle and press down on the rear brake. Squeeze the front breaks at the same time and hold the clutch too, then you’re good.”

“You know that was a lot to take in, but I got it.”

⭆ Eventually you took off and did great for a first timer. Draken just walked to the end of the street instead of letting you ride back (💀). He was so proud of you, but he’ll be damned if he came out his face and said that. You would most def make fun of him for being so worried in the first place.

“You see that? You were worried for what? Ya girl a natural mhm!”

“Yea yea okay. You did good, but all you did was go in a straight line.”

“Shut up. I didn’t ask. You’ll be teaching me more tomorrow though.”

⭆ This mf walked away.

〃now when i tell yall i had an image of the bike pulled up + a motorcycle diagram and a site that gave instructions on how to stop a moving bike. yea we out here researching ig ‼️👩🏽‍💻

⇶ Mikey takes a lot of pride in his hair, and takes very good care of it

⇶ And everyone knows it, otherwise he wouldn't be able to almost constantly rock his signature hairstyle while keeping it as thick and voluptuous as it is

⇶ So when he saw that you had those good good products? He just snuck a lil somethin!!

⇶ And by snuck a lil I mean he quite literally copied your full wash day routine just to see how everything worked out for him

"Now I know I don't smell my conditioner on your head..." You said, tone threatening as you stared down your boyfriend.

Manjiro was laying stomach down on your bed, playing on his DS with a clear plastic shower cap on his head, feet in the air and kicking back and forth.

"Hm? Oh! Yeah you do. I just wanted to see how your products would work on my hair. It's goin' pretty good so far–"

"Boy I 'oughta whoop you do you know how expensive that is—"

⇶ But of course, Manjiro is a menace (your menace <3), and probably still used them

⇶ Comes over like he pays bills when it's time to wash his hair

⇶ He really likes it when you wash his hair for him, we all know he likes to be babied, plus it's like bonding in a way to him

⇶ He will absolutely make sure he has a wash day that lines up with yours

⇶ You'll both wash each others hair and chill while letting your conditioner set

⇶ In all honesty it'll mostly be you doing his hair because he doesn't know how to work with hair was thick as yours😭

⇶ But he does slowly get better at it, but you're better off doing it yourself, maybe let him wash it and put the conditioner in and that's it

⇶ If you want someone else to do it for you call up Mitsuya or Draken and try to ignore Mikey whining over how you called someone else to come help you!!

⇶ At some point you take him to the beauty supply store so he can get his own products and stop stealing all of yours

⇶ ... Ended up just bringing those to your house everytime he washed his hair so it wasn't much of a difference💀

⇶ That was almost your breaking point of just letting him do whatever (because lord knows he does anyways), but there was something else that just made you give up in an instant

"Manji baby, have you seen my bonnet?" You called out to your boyfriend.

You've looked high and low all over your room for your bonnet, and couldn't find it anywhere. You knew you hadn't moved it and that it definitely hadn't grown legs and walked away, so you felt insane looking for it.

"Your bonnet? It's right here." Mikey told you, stepping out of the bathroom, toothbrush in hand.

And bonnet on head...

"Were you wearing that the whole time I was looking...? Answer correctly if you value your life."

⇶ You had to take him to the beauty supply store the next day to get him a matching one

⇒ this weird routine all started when chifuyu couldn’t go to sleep when y’all was on the phone

⇒ late night walking to the convenience store

⇒ now walking late at night isn’t safe but luckily around the time you both go out the only thing in the streets are stray cats (let’s not get started on this man going over to one )

⇒ anyways walking together and going to that store with you cleared chifuyu’s mind from all the other stuff happening with the gang that can get pretty stressful (the main reason this man couldn’t sleep)

⇒ when you both get to the store it’s immediately going to slushies to make weird combinations

⇒ chifuyu will make your drink,you make his

⇒ of course getting your favorite snacks from shelves as well 

⇒ don’t go exactly back home now, he’s taking you somewhere

hi i just stumbled across ur blog and i really don’t want to start anything or come off nitpicky. but i saw in ur pinned post with tokyo revengers u included the swastika. i know there was a controversy surrounding the symbol before and i understand it had a way different meaning before and was redesigned by a certain “party.” but unfortunately that’s what it is associated with at first glance. i am not jewish or a practicing buddhist myself so anyone can correct me if i’m speaking out of term

It's completely alright and I understand your concern. I will change it that is no issue :) I would have taken in the fact that people might take it in a different way. I apologize for that

If you don't mind I just want to say a few things:

The symbol used in Tokyo revengers is the mirrored swastika called a sauwastika

The swastika and the sauwastika are both of Hindu origin. It has been and is still used in Hindu rituals and worship daily. (saying this as a Hindu myself)

I still think using the swastika was a very wrong thing to do. To the point that Hindus are daily being pointed out without people knowing the actual meaning of it. (not you dearest nonnie, I am talking in general btw)

The swastika symbol: 卐 (is for prosperity and good luck)

Tokyo rev: 卍 (tantric customs)

I apologize deeply nonetheless, it was not my intention to hurt anyone's feelings.
