Can I have a moment to be sappy on main? I just want to say that I follow some of the most wonderful humans. Scrolling down my dash and I’m seeing posts and people having a good time and making stories or posting aesthetics and I’m just sat here smiling. I also love how we can write the same characters but have vastly different tales and views on them and it’s nice when two writers of the same muse can express their love for them! I don’t follow many other Noct writers but I do see them come across my dash and I do smile 😊 same with my other blogs! Just, yes. My point is, you’re all wonderful. Thank you for existing. 💙 I adore you all. Thank you. Everyone I follow and even those I haven’t yet found.

So 2021 is over and I can honestly say I’m not unhappy to see the back of it. It’s been a rough year for most, if not all of us. I’ve had some pretty rough times in these past twelve months but… I’m leaving it all behind and moving forward with the intention of 2022 being better!! I’ve gotten out of a job I once loved, but in the end caused me nothing but issues and stress. I’m much happier in the job I’m in now so here’s to a New Year being better!

If I could tag you all and say nice things about you I would. There’s been many a night this past year that you guys have kept me sane. Watching you all interact and have fun has kept me going and each one of you that I follow has been an absolute delight to have on my dash. Even if I’ve not made the move to approach you. I’m perpetually shy and more often than not talk myself OUT of it. But one of my resolutions is pushing myself out of that comfort zone and hopefully building more friendships with people! So, watch this space. You might just find a blabbering Kay in your IMs come the new year. Or asks from one Prince. Who knows?

But I’d like to say, and be a bit sappy here for a minute.

@battleshot - my best friend. Honestly if there is one thing I can say I’m glad for in 2021 it’s you. All the shenanigans we do, the baguette fights and daft little things we get up to. You honestly are like the other half of me. It’s weird to think this time last year we were bouncing because it was coming up to the first time of us meeting! I was hecking nervous! Not even going to lie but it’s one of the best things I did. But honestly, I can’t even describe just how amazing you are, how proud I am of you and how damn grateful I am for your friendship. I love you with my whole left leg. I’ll even give you the first coffee in a morning and that’s saying something.

I feel as though I should say, for all you see me being utter trash and chaotic on the dash I’m actually a fairly nervous bean. If I haven’t approached you, even if we’re mutuals — that would be why. (Mean more ooc here). The probability of me going to message you and then deleting the message is high. Just the same as if I’ve seen your discord or wire on the dash 😅 I’ve probably gone to add you and then gone “nope! don’t be a gremlin, kay.”

For the next few days I doubt I’ll be writing.

My dog has hurt his back leg badly and needs to go to the vet, but for the next few days I’ll most likely be sat with him and comforting him because he’s in such a lot of pain. I doubt I’ll even switch my laptop on, so if you want me you’ll have to get me through discord or wire. I’m happy to interact on both if you want to write small things. But most of my time right now will be spent with the pooch. Sad face ):
