The two got together March 2022 but separated due to some hate and the companies choice on August 2022.

The two are childhood best friends !! even though ATHENA is from Ilsan and YOOBIN is from Busan but YOOBIN grew up mainly in Ilsan. They lived under an hour away from each other and attended school together. 

They were still in touch while they were each trainees and even now after both of them have debuted.

Another set of childhood best friends !! 

People were made aware of their cute friendship when people started asking who was the lockscreen on MISO’s phone. 

It was a photo of YOOBIN when they met up a month prior. 

They still keep in contact but not as much as they used to when they were trainees.

She’s actually close to all of IZ*ONE !

BIG supporter on her Solo debut !! she loves CHAEYEON !!

After IZ*ONE disbanded she really kept in constant contact with CHAEYEON. 

She had met them during a overlapping schedule in 2019.

She knew SAKURA already from when she was in IZ*ONE !

SAKURA was quick to introduce YOOBIN to the rest of LE SSERAFIM.

Due to being under the same label she was automatically close to the members of CHERRY BULLET.

Out of all members she is the closest to HAEYOON, BORA, and former members MIRAE + LINLIN.

She likes hanging out with them as a way to get away from the boys. 

Loves buying them coffee carts and food for their schedules !!

She was already close to SEUNGKWAN as they were classmates; he introduced her to the rest of the group but she became the closest to BOO, VERNON, and DINO.

The two groups are like a package deal; you get ONEUS, you get ONEWE or vice versa. 

Originally she, KEONHEE, and HWANWOONG were a part of a big 98′ liner group chat so they were introduced by others in group chat and were quick to become friends. 

Would like to hang out with them more but their schedules always conflict each other. 

❖ P1HARMONY - COMPANY SIBLINGS

Being under the same company they were bound to be close friends. 

Their members have accidently walked into the studio she does VLIVES in multiple times.

And she’s done the same too. 

The boys are like her younger brothers and she loves surprising them at their schedules. 

❖ IKON - FRIENDS

Before they personally met on KINGDOM, she had expressed her interest in the group on many occasions and had shown a few albums of theirs she owned that she has in her studio along with other groups. 

She’s the closest to BOBBY + CHAN.

Not the closest to this group compared to other groups but they still interact.

IDOLS THAT SHE "HATES" [CHOI YOOBIN  |  최유빈]

These instances come from when there were misunderstandings and fans had taken things out of context and make other people believe that YOOBIN doesn't like these idols or that there are conflicts between the two of them when there really aren't.

PENTAGON

This incident came about when she was doing a solo VLIVE one night. She often plays music when she goes live as she likes having some noise, mainly music, to fill any silences. As she has the playlist on shuffle majority of the time, a couple of songs from PENTAGON came on and she had skipped them. It was fully taken out of context as she has skipped other group’s songs before this but there wasn’t any negative feelings towards them or any of them groups.

Now this one, sometimes YOOBIN is unaware of her facial expressions. It was an award show and she was up on the stage with the rest of the SF9 boys awaiting for the results of an award. They weren’t in the front row but behind the two groups waiting to be announced the winner. And while the camera shot was of one of the groups in front of them, she was actually overhearing a conversation or two from other idols nearby she loves hearing about some hot tea lmao and her facial reactions were about that conversation. And it was purely accidental that her facial expressions were in the direction of the group in front of them. She caught a lot of negative attention from it and has apologized multiple times but people still bring it up. 

P1HARMONY & BLACKPINK

Another award show, another hate scandal; this time it was double trouble. This time she was in the crowd at a table with the rest of the SF9 members as well as a few members of P1HARMONY. By the camera, and what was shown, it was like she was ignoring some of those members at the table and some fans, specifically fans that are unaware they two are under the same company, took it without context and ran with it. Many people believed that she doesn’t like those select members of the group. 

Additionally, another group, BLACKPINK, that was performing at the same time. There were a few shots where she wasn’t paying attention to who was performing, she wasn’t singing and dancing along. At one point she was shown on her phone. She stated, after the whole thing got blown out of proportion that she simply didn’t have time due to training and personal schedules to listen to the new discography of BLACKPINK so she didn’t know their full lyrics and choreography too well compared to other idols. 

As for the ignoring members of P1HARMONY at the table and being on her phone, she was having a family emergency a few hours prior to the award show so she was trying to get updates on her family to make sure they were alright since she couldn’t be there. 

CLC

It was rumored for a few years that she was going to be a member of CUBE’s CLC. YOOBIN was a trainee under CUBE ENT. for around nine months but left the company and withdrew her position in the group. Many people were curious as to why she left and withdrew herself from the opportunity to finally debut. Theories were made, typed, and posted [mainly on Twitter]. And the main one that became the most likely reason was because she had conflicts with multiple members and was removed involuntarily. When she addressed it, she stated she left due to ‘creative differences’ but many people felt that was not the whole story.

The 12th mini album from the group !!

It was released JANUARY 9TH, 2023 but was recorded back in 2022.

THE PIECE OF9 sold a total of 179,666 copies in the first week of its release.

Honestly THE PIECE OF9 is one of her favorite comebacks they’ve done since 9LORYUS’s Summer Breeze; with KNIGHTS OF THE SUN’s O Sole Mio and MAMMA MIA!’s Mamma Mia coming in close second and third. 

In terms of line distribution, overall for this era, she ranks around the fifth spot for her lines.

Absolutely LOVES that ROWOON is back promoting with them. 

Despite how annoyingly a big and little brother he can be to her at the same time.

 This era was also a wild era for her since the two eldest members were participating in their mandatory military service. 

FANTASIES were here for her and the comeback. 

They always loved their spy / dark themed comebacks.

But when she did, FANTASIES loved her. 

They said that this era she’s looked very happy and excited to be promoting.

Overall she dresses to be comfy.

Also v simple outfits but she makes them looks chic and stylish.

Most likely will have a hat when she’s out doing schedules if there are no set outfits.

[You can count one the members of SF9 to tell Fantasies about YOOBIN’s crushes on other idols.Or you can just see it in her eyes when she looks at them. She has spoken on a few of them before, though many others are unknown to the public, but nine times out of ten it’s one of the boys who bring it to people’s attention. someone help her.]

Oof, she was doing a solo VLIVE stream and FANTASIES were asking her if she had seen the teasers to CASSIOPEIA MEDIA’s new boy group, ECLIPSE, that was debuting in the upcoming months. She was curious and had looked them up on her computer in her studio. They had asked her about her thoughts on the group. She praised the group on their teasers thus far and could be seen visually blushing with a look of endearment when CHAN would come on the screen. She thought FANTASIES couldn’t tell but when the comments become flooded about how she had a crush on the group’s lead dancer. 

Don’t tell CHAN but JINHO has a secret place in her heart. At first it was a simple crush when she was first introduced to the group by FANTASIES but it’s turned more into a brother and sister bond between the two. He’s so loud it drains the energy from her more than it does with her members. When YOOBIN is at their dorms he always steals her away from anyone so they can play games together. 

CHOI SAEBOM [TWICE  //  @twicesaebom hi I love her but if you’re uncomfy with me mentioning her I can remove her from the list !!]

Arguably one of the biggest TWICE fangirls there ever was !! She absolutely loves all the girls and was close to a few of them, NAYEON; JEONGYEON; & DAHYUN, while she was a trainee at JYP. She’s always had praised the girls for their stunning visuals each comeback they perform, and had expressed her interest in becoming close to SAEBOM, as well as MOMO & CHAEYOUNG. While filming an episode of WEEKLY IDOL, the hosts had a segment where they were guessing songs and then performing a small cover of the dance. She had quickly guessed a TWICE song, SIGNAL, and had been asked about her thoughts on the members. She had stated that she thought the girls were all visually stunning but SAEBOM always caught her attention on stage when she performed and had been wanting to ask her if she wanted to eat together sometime !!  

INSEONG + YOUNGBIN [SF9]

It has become a sort of inside joke between her, the other members, and their FANTASIES. During the beginning couple of years after their debut you could see loving glances or stares that was usually directed towards the two oldest members. DAWON, JAEYOON, and ROWOON would often joke that she had crushes on the two members and would always bring it up when any of them were in a variety show or doing a VLIVE. The speed in which she tries to shut any of them up about it is outstanding. Now half the time she can’t do anything with either of them without it being brought up.

The two are in a 98′ line group chat with a handful of other 98′ line idols. They don’t interact much but she often plays his group’s music on VLIVES and had stated that she’s a big fan of them! The boys are close with the members of CIX, as some members from both groups have done a few stages together, so the inevitable embarrassment she endures from them is immeasurable. She always says how pretty she is !! and the rest of her group too!! Honestly a hype man for SWAN and really wants to befriend her !! but her introverted tendencies always cause her to cop out lmao. Plays PURPLE KISS’s music all the time around the dorms you bet she makes the boys learn the choreo. She’s done choreography covers on her personal youtube channel and on the SF9 Youtube channel for her vlogs. She’s a big fan of PURPLE KISS and many FANTASIES want some type of interaction between them !!

FRIENDS!! Becomes v flustered whenever RUBY does any type of skinship with her. They two became friends after they met during an award show recording and their fans lived for their interactions between each other !! The two of them are still close friends and text often. A few times they went out to eat with other Twice members Dispatch or fans who happened to have seen them posted photos. Additionally, the two of them share two matching tattoos each; four tattoos put together. The fans pieced the tattoos together and found out the two of them had been together in some way.

DATING PERIOD: A Year & Four Months / May 2019 - September 2020

FAN REACTIONS: Surprised, Mainly Neutral. 

RESULT: Sometime around the later half of 2019, around August, YOOBIN had her phone hacked twice in the span of three weeks. In the first hack they leaked that she had dated someone older than her and that it was a member of SF9. The hackers were teasing that they’ll do it again and release who it was along with other personal information about her. When the second hack happened they did release photos that had a ‘couple-like’ vibe to them accompanied with some text messages between the two of them. FNC reacted quickly surprisingly and put YOOBIN on hiatus for the remaining of the year but they didn’t give a date when she’d be back. Even after their relationship was leaked the two stayed together for a bit until they decided to take a break. There wasn’t any weird air between them and the other members of the group. Some Fantasys believe that they were still together even after they quietly announced they seperated due to the continuing skinship and quick glances to each other.

The 11th mini album had been released !! 

Which was released in July 13 with ‘SCREAM’ serving as the title track.

The group made the comeback as a seven-member group; Rowoon was absent due to his drama scheduling and Inseong + Youngbin were partaking in their military service.

YOOBIN was very upset that three of her members weren’t going to be a part of this era but she understood the reasonings.

The album itself peaked at number 5 in Korea’s chart positions and sold at least 179,779 copies.

The genre was more so dance and pop compared to their previous comebacks.

Fantasies always love when the boys and YOOBIN make a comeback !!

They thought it was a more fresh concept almost like they’ve go back to the theme of Mamma Mia with the music video vibes.

This is the fourth mini album / extended play that YOOBIN and the boys have released !! The overall theme was a 90′s type of mood with bright colors and upbeat instrumentals. 

Their popularity grew slightly but not to the amount that the group wanted. 

It was released on February 26, 2018, by FNC Entertainment. The album consists of six tracks, including the title track, "Mamma Mia"

Her name is written as a contributor to the lyrics of Midnight Road and Go Back in Time. Additionally her and the rest of the boy contributed to the lyrics of the track Dear Fantasy

The EP sold 11,060+ copies in South Korea; KOR: 46,932 and JPN: 2,190 respectively. It peaked at number 3 on the Korean Gaon Chart. And number 10 in the US.
