uugugughsh let me think. I used to be able to draw dragons pretty decently (in a watered down cartoonish style LMAO) but I’ve kinda lost it. I might try to draw them again sometime, and then maybe I’ll get around to learning how to draw full bodies, too 😭😭. and overall just throw my constantly changing art style at my already incompetent mind and BOOM disaster 😔

recently I’ve been making art to post online (as well as having fun dw). but don’t get me wrong there’s TONS of old art that is never breaching containment. plus I’ve only been on here for like 3-ish months? I’ve shared pretty much everything except the doodles I do in class- I don’t post those just bcz I’m lazy not bcz I don’t wanna share 💀

ooh YES I ALWAYS listen to music when drawing (when I can lol)! usually just my playlist(s), nothing special. I had Mariah Carey on loop for that one art request of wild’s and legend’s karaoke battle. for research, yknow. totally. just had to get in the mood. (I listend to that for hours on loop im insane) BUT ANYWAYS yeah just music :] whatever I’m in the mood for! :D 💖💖

I cannot stress enough how much I love your writing. I patiently wait for every update of seasons meetings and just smile every time there’s more. You’re so talented and I hope u continue to write forever, all the time, whatever you like because I think you’re amazing and could do anything

Ahhh I’ve been hanging onto this for a few days bc I just wanna keep looking at it,,, Like!!! This is so sweet. Esp considering before I got into Cobra Kai I was actually dealing with writer’s block that lasted over two whole years; I didn’t finish a single piece of writing in that time. (And now I’ve written almost 80k words since mid-October. It’s been kind of a roller coaster.)

I started writing when I was pretty young and it’s always been a fairly big part of my identity, so not really having access to that outlet for two years was really really difficult. It also means I’ve been incredibly grateful to finally be writing again, though! Like having something finally make sense again after all that time.

At the same time I still have this fear that the writer’s block will come back, that one day I’ll try to write and it just won’t happen. Logically I think this is unlikely (and even if it did happen I don’t think it would be anytime soon, and also it wouldn’t last forever) but it’s still scary to think about. I am often constantly in a cycle of doubting myself, partly because of exactly this.

But being able to get comments and actually receive support and recognition has been so huge. It’s such an invaluable thing. And I think this is a particularly good fandom for it, a lot of people are really engaged even if the hype around the show isn’t what it used to be.

Anyway. I am giving u a little kiss. And I’m going to try not to cry over how sweet this is. Mwah
