[ FRENCH KISS ] {Eclipsed!Gigi}

━━   ❝   𝐔𝐡𝐡 𝐆𝐞𝐞?   ❞  They had that look in their eye, the same look that Yusuke knows he has whenever he watches them lately. That expression with a lot of hunger behind it, then without warning their lips crash against his own in a deep kiss, so deep that Yusuke fell into the pits of desire rather quickly but then Yusuke felt their tongue beginning to invade his mouth, a light pleasurable moan left his lips as his own tongue follows suit.

He’s not sure why he’d never get used to that whole DISAPPEARING ACT. It was so cool, sometimes he wishes he could do that…or maybe he could..to a certain extent but it’d be him just moving fast from one end to another…so he doesn’t think that should count as TELEPORTATION. Good part of them going poof is that it’s only a matter of time before- 

Yup, just on schedule Gigi returned..with a coffin-shaped mirror. This place is such a Halloween town.  ❝   𝐇𝐞𝐡.   ❞  He listened to them explain the purpose of this strangely shaped mirror. “Here I thought ya brought it t’ show me I’m havin’ a bad hair day.” Said Yusuke as he held the object in his hand. She said it was a way to get in touch with someone they missed..and can only get communicate through another mirror. Yusuke’s mind then remembered the only room..other than his own where there WOULD be a mirror.

“Hope she’s not in a bathrobe, then I’ll just burn my eyes out.” Said Yusuke as he began concentrating and focusing on his mother calling out to her and it wasn’t long until he saw her face on the other side of the mirror..she looked ‘GOOD’, no relapsed but her hair was still slightly unkept which meant something was on her mind: Her Son.

“Yusuke! Sweetie is that you?” She spoke from the other side of the mirror. Suffice to say yusuke’s eyes were glistening as tears threatened to fall but he remained strong for her sake as they both had a conversation, talking about how much they’d missed one another. Keiko, Kuwabara and the rest of his friends usually come over to look after her, and she keeps herself busy with her new job at the convenience store. 

“I’m glad t’ hear it mom..OH Lemme introduce ya t’ my Girlfriend Gigi. Fact it’s Gigi’s idea t’ use this way of communication in the first pla- OH WAIT, Gi can this thing handle two faces in the lens or somethin’? I want ya t’ meet my mom.”

Gigi pulled away, shaking their head but understanding how Yusuke came to that conclusion quickly. He made a vow before they started dating that he wouldn't use them for wishes whatsoever. Something that really helped Gigi in the long run and grateful for how sweet and understanding the tough demon was.

But no... this was a different matter.

       ❝ No, not like that. Just... wait right here, okay? ❞

They kissed his cheek before evaporating in a poof of pink smoke.

For a good moment, there was nothing... until soon they reappeared holding a coffin shaped mirror.

       ❝ This is a communication mirror. When losing tough with past finders, we used this mirror before to get in touch with those we missed. It connects to any mirror. ❞

━━   ❝   𝐍𝐨 𝐃𝐣𝐢𝐧𝐧 𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐞 𝐡𝐮𝐡.   ❞  Yusuke spoke keeping his hands into his pockets, well it wasn’t sad that no one’s offered to date the djinn..considering their past predicament. “Hmm, not t’ mention bein’ stuck in a lamp made it hard to host Sunday BBQs with the neighbors.” Said Yusuke as Puu hopped onto his head, filled with energy which meant Yusuke’s mind was already brewing with an idea.

“I’ve got patience but YOU, you’ve gotta get the feelin’ of what it’s like t’ date. Sure there’s the romantic bits where we kiss and grunt enough t’ have the neighbors concerned but there’s other aspects of it too. One: Witnessin’ your boyfriend is basically better than you in every little mini-game life has t’ offer. Mini-golf, bowling, the arcade, karaoke..I mean babe the opportunities almost got no limits.” There’s a grin on his face that displayed his playful nature.

“IS THERE a place t’ play minigolf here?? I’m pretty much picturin’ our club would be rigormortis legs and the balls bein’ eye balls. Ya know the whole zombie theme.”

Whisp's form slapped her own forehead when yusuke missed them saying they HAVEN'T dated before. Exactly WHY the moon shadow wanted to keep Gigi away from nitwits like this! Forget it, she was just gonna take her sister and run. Whisp would be sure Gigi would thank her later.

But she paused as Gigi spoke, freezing right at the moment Whisp reaching their shoulder...

       ❝ This is... a first for us... for ME. For... everything. No one I've met has cared enough to take interest in me like this before. I... honestly don't know how it works... but I'm willing to try... if you don't mind being patient. ❞

━━   ❝   𝐃𝐚𝐦𝐧 𝐰𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐮𝐩.   ❞  Said Yusuke as he casually leans dangerously close to the edge as they remained airborne. But still not one answer from ‘em at all. Though Yusuke could assume they really would rush this carpet down with the speed of a lightning bolt down to catch him..and for the fun of it Yusuke decided to do JUST THAT. 

“I’m doin’ great…whoa..” He pretended to slip a little and then commits to the entire bid and ACCIDENTALLY fell off the carpet and his body plummeted quickly towards the ground. It started as screaming until Yusuke began to chuckle, it was absolutely freeing feeling the wind in his face like this, feeling it tug against his clothing as his body succumbs to the laws of gravity. 

The former detective even turns his body to see the beauty of this land with his eyes. All this time he’d never thought of exploring this world through the air like this..and it wasn’t entirely different from his own.. Not at all..thought..now would be a great time to get rescued.

Hearing Yusuke cheer as Gigi went higher in the sky made the djinn giggle, controlling the carpet well enough to speed up but no enough to knock the demon prince off his spot. They also made sure not to go too high of altitude. They didn't know if Yusuke was a monster that can still breathe after all.

   ❝ Yusuke, look down! ❞

They didn't register his last question but motioned to the view below them where they were able to see all of New Salem from below. The monster side, the human side, both with a spectacle view.

Gigi then dove a bit more higher where they were flying right on the clouds where they were able to touch them.

   ❝ You doing alright back there? ❞

━━   ❝   𝐈'𝐯𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐨.   ❞ Sadly it didn’t work out the way he wanted, but perhaps that only happened so it’d allow Yusuke to grow more as a person. This newly developed relationship between him and the Djinn is something he’s SURE not to tarnish in any way. “Though ya know..” He steps forward and lightly taking one of their hands, placing it against his chest mainly so they could feel the lack of a beating heart in his chest. “This is the first time I’m not datin’ a human…what’d you’d considered a normie.”

Well when he puts it that way, Gigi did recall all the times they've kissed. Truth be told, they didn't know how to approach the situation regarding that. There were times where Gigi tried to deny it, that Yusuke was only being playful with them...

But the time they've spent together and in those moment... the twilight djinn couldn't deny there was some kind of flame between them. Gigi never felt this way about anybloody before...

Twiddling their fingers, Gigi blushed looking down with everything coming back to them. Trying to find their words, but failing...

       ❝ .. I... never... I mean... dated before... ❞

━━   ❝   𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐡, 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠.   ❞  Yusuke was shocked that they appeared shocked, after everything he’s experienced with them how could he not assume they’ve both taken a silent vow towards one another. “I mean, you’ve already kissed me on more than one occasion, hell the last time ya even slipped in the tongue which was GREAT by the way, definitely somethin’ we gotta do again. But yeah, dating.”

Whisp's shadow form only turned to glare at him even harder. Dating her sister only gave the shadow genie a reason to throttle the demon even more! That wasn't a plus for him!

Gigi saw the reaction, knowing Yusuke was doing it to tease Whisp and was about to tell their sister to calm down when... they recalled the statement he said before...

... and a small blush appeared on their face looking to the detective.
