[Icarus wasn’t one for sneaking around often. Especially around a place they didn’t understand.. but they had been hoping they’d stumble upon the library hopefully, wanting to find some sort of book on a few different potions. Hopefully to make up for what they caused before. Instead they did find a room with some familiar voices speaking inside. They planned on ignoring it, knowing it wasn’t polite to listen in on other’s conversations.. until they heard raes voice speak up gently.

“Is it.. bad.. that i don’t trust them fully…?”

That seemed to make the older brother pause in their tracks. Curiosity filling them as they stood outside the door of their brothers room

“What do you mean? Why don’t you fully trust them?”

Icarus wouldn’t stick around for the response, eyes harden slightly as they backed up. They needed to get back to their room. They couldn’t stand here much longer. So with quick pace, they’d walk back to their room. Closing the doors behind them and sat down.

Rae didn’t trust them..? They thought they were doing everything right? Were they not trying hard enough.. they really failed when their own brother doesn’t trust them. These thoughts would run through their head, only to be cut off by a ping of a message. A message they wanted so desperately but wanted nothing to do with. A message from their father]

Meet Lowren and Everest!

This is Farris x Icarus's ship childs, Everest and Lowren! They're not twins (people often mistakes them as one though) and fun fact; one of them is actually a girl,,, not telling who though >:33

These two live with their father's castle and they've got this sibling rivalry going on, they keep trying to outshine the other cause there's only one child that can take over the kingdom when Farris retire and these two keeps trying to prove their worth by gaining as much skills and knowledge as possible. But all of their rivalry are just for fun, they own up when they loose and won't be mad when the other wins the crown, and deep down they really do care for each other (even though they won't admit it heheh)

Also side note; they have wings, they're just on their lower back (⁠´⁠ ⁠.⁠ ⁠.̫⁠ ⁠.⁠ ⁠`⁠)

for free writing where i just throw out words and thoughts and write whatever comes to mind i prefer comic sans! idk why, whenever im in a block it gets my juices going !! but when im writing a planned out scene, drafting or simply editing, i always go with times new roman. i think its a brain injury at this point from school strictly using it but i do think its pretty!

i dont keep them most of the time, but i just dug up this note that was supposed to be in inked coffee!

You roll your eyes at him and sit down opposed of him, pushing half the books his way, his notebook almost falling off of the table if he hadn't caught it. You shake your head as well as an extra act of teasing, "it's a spell, Shinsou. I'm casting a spell."

i think its actually a really fun little scene/joke, so i might use it in amethyst haze 👀 hmmm... good thing you sent this question, made me look thru my notes and drafts !!

29. how easy it is for you to come up with titles?

thats actually genuinely the Hardest absolute part for me 😭 i struggle with it like its an university level sort of math equation. i usually reach out to friends. @dira333 is amazing at them and has helped me numerous times come up with the most amazing and beautiful titles!!!! i have very very few works where the title was planned from the beginning. dermovat is named after my psoriasis cream bcos its about eczema and i thought thatd be funny. rotisserie chicken only came to life because my friend said i turn like one in my sleep! i also came up with proposals plus one because i just finished godzilla minus one!! 🙂‍↕️🧡 those are probably the only ones ive really come up with that was like. easy to me!!!!

Icarus is scared of flying.

He can't stand it.

He has wings, but he hides them, a deep fear inside his head that his wings (real ones, not wax ones) would melt and he would fall.

What if.. little by little... Farris slowly helped him fly again.

Helping him slowly find his way off of the ground...

What would we call this ship? If it were to become one?

Ah that actually sounds so interesting and adorable!! I love the dynamic you came up with! I'm thinking that the scenario is something like Farris's kingdom is in need of soldiers for a war so they ask Icarus's kind for help.

Farris's kind isn't exactly what you call an angel. They are still an earthbound civilians that just was wings (not all of them) but still posseses a mystical and holy power.

I feel like the first meeting would be Icarus wandering around the castle grounds and would stumble upon Farris and ink (at the this time Farris is like babysitting ink because of her sister's absence) having a conversation about Farris's wings and does he ever use them. Farris is very known to not leave his castle or most likely dislikes the outside world. Even though Farris does not use his wings very often because of the limited space to use them, (also, wings in his palace is just often displays as authority and high power) he is surprisingly an excellent flier!

Ink would be the first to try and befriend Icarus and would introduce him to Farris later on, then we will just have to figure out things from there!
