Does you muse have powers?- Yes. Rose has an extensive list of abilities, some she doesn't eve know she has. The ones that she uses the most would be her Telekinetic abilities, her rapid regeneration, and her sensitivity to supernatural energy. She has an unnatural intuition and the ability to physically manipulate objects and people.

Do they abuse said powers or do they use them for good?- That's verse dependent. Main verse she definitely abuses her powers. It's easy to commit crime when you leave no evidence behind. Verse 2 she's a bit of an anti hero in a sense. She uses her powers for selfish reasoning such as for work, but isn't fully committed in using her powers to torture and kill as much as she does in her main verse.
