Z.ero Escape verse

The second nonary game, Chrom was kidnapped for unknown reasons. Unlike the other participants, they all have reasons to be there. When he woke up, Chrom was faced with a similar puzzle to everyone and had to find his way around to solve it. Unlike However, when he went outside of his room, he did not meet any other participant until later on. The reason being he was in the far end of the ‘ship’. 

He was trapped for a while until the door leading to the corridor to the main hall where the others opened up for no reason. The door was hidden, as part of the wall which means the other participants did not know about. Though Chrom had to tell everyone about it because it made him look suspicious being the only one there. 

Chrom had a bracelet on his left wrist but it shows no number. Later on, it was found out that he was brought in by mistake. Zero announce that for a while, they thought his family’s company had relationship with Cradle Pharmaceutical. Though after the order to kidnap Chrom and drag him all the way to Nevada desert, new information was brought up which was Iris, Chrom’s family company was secretly working with the police to expose CP from inside, even Chrom was not aware of that much since his older sister is the one leading the company. Their company is a successful business one focusing on empowering new smaller business companies which probably why they were chosen to keep taps on CP.

Chrom’s bracelet cannot open doors so he has to be tagging along with other participants to pass through doors. His bracelet was deactivated after the first puzzle just to give him space to be in instead of being in a room. The reason why he was allowed to meet the others is unknown. Only Zero can tell why but everyone thought it was so Chrom would not be trapped in here if he has nothing to do with this whole mess to begin with.

Chrom will refuse to give another alias to himself even without a number on his bracelet. Santa jokes and calls him Nil or Zilch but he refuses to be named as nothing.

Does not mistrust anyone until there is an evidence to. 

The muscle of the group after Seven. 

Gives a lot of pep talks and joins Junpei in the never ending dumb jokes. tries to be the glue and power of friendship for everyone.

Befriend Snake first because big brothers squad.

Clover is seen as his little sister and helps Snake to protect her. aka he is now on the shit-list. i repeat, he is on the shit-list.

Ace gives him the no-no feels but does not act on anything. his guts is strong dont question it.

Lotus makes him scared for his life. She reminds him of Sully, his friend, mix with his steward Frederick combined.

He does not understand June and only talks to her when necessary.

He pester Santa to stay with the group and stop antagonizing everyone.

He’s on good terms with Seven for sharing the same ‘let’s just chill and think this through together’ vibe.

and lastly, he almost dies in every ending because i said so.

/ / I’d go down with my headcanon that he is not that good at singing (because have you listened to t.omokazu sugita san singing? he is just dumbly funny. maybe mat merc has a better ??) but for the fun of it listen to this.

But it is always nice to see hard-working individuals work tirelessly on their skills and ‘talents’. So, it is not a far fetched if C.hrom became an idol somehow. He could be a rapper? or the main dancer? because stamina? let me..think about this.

Ok. I can see him learn the guitar not because he liked it at first but because Emmeryn and Lissa liked to sing and the idea of being the one to play the instrument if he was unsure about his singing so that spiraled into learning a couple of instrument to just play music with them. Actually, this is quite true for his canon verse and modern (because god knows he will do anything for his sisters.)

For this specific verse, he might get famous because of lissa’s videos. Usually, he only plays with his sisters but occasionally does something like this mad lad (god please listen to his videos. we hype) He takes it as something of a hobby to pass the time or destress then it becomes something he likes to do more than often. 

Not sure if he would like to be a pop idol because ‘the attention’ which he tries to avoid daily, but for th sake of ‘verse brainstorming’ how can we have idol c.hrom ask feh for him cough. 

Idol C.hrom would be similar in the ‘i want to play music for my sisters’ then realize more people enjoy this so why not; if he can make others happy he will take that chance and hurray idol c.hrom. I cannot imagine him going solo on his own without at least perhaps Lissa. Two siblings duo. Lissa can be the main vocalist and Chrom back-up singer and plays the guitar. perhaps. y/y? plus, he will be the bodyguard as well lmao. Emmeryn might be the manager because she says she is too old to be part of this but is dragged at times as a cameo. lol. Freddy is there as well. picking up pebbles i mean stop crazy fans lol.

i wrote one before for chrom but im going to take this seriously. here we go.

Chrom is half french half Japanese and the second child of Iris family. His mom a french woman who married a Japanese businessman and settled in Japan after she got pregnant with Lissa. 

Chrom’s first time seeing Glory was when he was coming back from school, on the big screen where a battle of Masters was airing. It looked cool and awesome so he was intrigued to know more about it. Chrom at that time was still in middle school so the game was a bit challenging for him since it requires a great deal of eye-hand coordination as well some book smart to coordinate attacks and combos so he gave up on the game for the time being. 

When he moved to high school, he met more friends who praised Glory highly even though the most majority of players are Chinese there were still Japanese contenders and even from other countries. Vaike encouraged Chrom to get back on Glory since everyone is getting hooked up to the game but Chrom was reluctant since his time is pretty much occupied with outdoor activities like the many sports clubs he is in. The only thing that made him come back to play it, was Vaike challenging him to at least master two classes in the game and beat him in it. Chrom and challenges are one and the same. 

Once the school day was over, Frederick had picked Lissa and was waiting for him outside when Chrom told him he wants to go to the net cafe with Vaike. Skip the tiny argument which ended in Chrom’s victory after calling Emmeryn to excuse himself to go and she agreed. 

To Chrom’s chagrin, he kept losing because he was not used to the game yet but slowly got the hang of it. What he knows in real life about swordsmanship does not fully translate in a virtual world. However, there were some aspects he could transfer like what are the best moves in certain situations, how can he evade certain moves etc. In theory, it should have been easy for him since he took almost classes in all martial arts and fencing etc but his capability to transfer these knowledge takes a lot of time. 

Chrom started with Blademaster class and leveled it up till 20 then changed to ghostblade but soon he reverted back to Blademaster because he did not feel himself in that class and kind of lost the bet with Vaike but he finally won a match against him, earning him the latter’s acceptance. Since that day, Chrom had tried to master using Blademaster class.

Once graduation came rolling, Chrom had already planned his life. He would go to university and focus on his study. He learned that a couple of his school friends decided to take on E-sport training. At first, he was so confused at how there is training for simply playing a game. So he accompanied one of his friends to one of these camps as a guest and saw what kind of training they go through in order to be a professional E-sport player. The idea was not to his liking because he only plays video games to wind up from studying or anything but to take it as a job, he thanked his friend for this experience and left the camp.

Later that day, Chrom would discuss what he learned with Emmeryn and she would encourage him if he found being an E-sport player his thing but he told her that it is not what he is aiming for. Glory is great but he prefers to do sports outside, not pressing buttons.

Chrom does not compete on global level as teams but he is a decent player overall. Sometimes, his friends would let him in their parties (and guilds) briefly to have a Blademaster on their party. Chrom’s policy to not be in a guild because he does not want to get hooked up with the game. He has studying, part-time jobs, sports clubs and of course helping his big sister with the company business. 

His interactions with Chinese players is to the minimal because he does not know Mandarin. However, if someone knows Japanese, French or English he can communicate with them or else it would just emojis filled chat.

Chrom is not a big fan of using audio to communicate but he can’t type and play at the same time so only if it is needed.

So, Chrom is a Gym Leader. His Gym theme is Bonds (like duh). It is filled with puzzles which require the cooperation of both trainer and pokemon because weak bond does not deserve this badge. 

He took the Gym after his sister who wanted to retire and just enjoy the pokemons company instead of fighting so Emmeryn became the Pokemon Day carer right next to the Gym. 

Chrom first pokemon is a gift from Emmeryn which is Shiny Gallade and became his irreplaceable partner then his rooster expanded. bless your eyes with my epic fail card.

So, yeah. want to challenge Gym Leader Chrom you gotta show how strong bond you have or the door to the left. Also Chrom is the ‘I will punch a pokemon to save my friend’ type. Especially if they are outside exploring not in a friendly battle. He’ll not just let a stupid pokemon attack his friend and just watch. (chrom is basically marcus damon from digimon lmao)

Description:

The second child of the late Exalt and Queen of Ylisse, Chrom was raised by his older sister, Emmeryn alongside their baby sister Lissa. The young man grew up with the conviction to spread peace across the land--where he can reach as his sister wished for. Emmeryn since young age did her best to make sure Ylisse is a peaceful country, not going into war with another country, and actually fix what had happened 15 years ago when her father waged a war against a neighboring country--Plegia. The neighboring country was convicted with trying to dabble in black magic by reviving an ancient beast--the fell dragon who will cause destruction if it were to be revived. Currently, the situation is calm between the two countries. 

Ylisse is located in the northern part of Orsterra--almost in the Flatlands. [location could be changed in the future ??]

As the prince of the country, Chrom is tasked with great responsibility which is to keep its border safe from any attack as he is the leader of the militia in the country. Being a peaceful nation, they do not posses a great army but simply the knights who sworn to protect the country and any volunteers--hence, the shepherds. 

After his 23th birthday, Emmeryn tasked Chrom with another job which is to leave Ylisse and head out it to see what the world has to offer. Chrom had went with Emmeryn to various places but never had a chance to prolonged their stay for diplomatic reasons. Now he is older, and has his own companions, Chrom set out to visit some places and learn what he could in order to be of an aid to his sister in the future. 

Because he will be traveling around, he does not introduce himself as the prince but simply as an adventurer seeking to hone his skill and mind.
