A glimmer of amusement in his eyes as he inclined his head. “I shall take that as a compliment,” he replied warmly yet lightly teasing. His gaze softened, a faint smile tugging at his lips. “Though I wonder—what stories have you been told of me?”

*Elrond has a cold and is staying in bed*

Me: Would you like some company? You looked kind of bored. I could read to you or we could cuddle.

Sluggishly shifting under the covers, a rare hint of weariness softened his features. His eyes lifted to meet yours and a faint smile broke through his otherwise stoic demeanour. “Both,” he murmured, sounding like his voice was passing through grater. Extending an arm, inviting you closer, he lifted the covered. “I believe your company may be the best remedy.”

Elrond, I noticed your hands always get cold so I crocheted you some mittens! *hands him striped mittens while blushing*

A flicker of surprise danced in his eyes as he accepted the striped mittens. Immediately, a soft smile graced his lips. “You crafted these for me?” he awed as he felt the softness and care under each link. “My dear, I thank you, for your kindness is also a warm gift alongside these.”

*Y/N wakes up in the arms of Elrond the morning after a long night of lovemaking*

*whimpers* Elrond, I'm not sure I'm gonna be able to walk properly today *she says with a chuckle*

“You have yet to worry, meleth-nîn. I’ll see to it that you have a comfortable time in bed during your…recovery,” he smiled, leaning in to place a kiss upon your brow. Very soon, his presence fluttered about the chamber tidying things and gathering extra blankets and pillows for you to rest. “I shall inform the servants to give you some privacy today.”

Elrond, dear, do you remember when we were younger? It was so long ago, but i remember this well. I used to give you those white flowers every time you found me hiding in the forest. I’d put them in your hair. I found one of those flowers on my walk today. I thought I’d give it to you again.

His fingers brushed against yours as he took it, a warmth sparking in his eyes at the memory. Gently, he tucked the flower behind his ear, just as you used to do. “I remember every one,” he murmured, his voice filled with quiet affection. “And this one, like all the others, is cherished.”

He chuckled softly, his eyes twinkling with amusement. With a graceful stride, he joined you under the downpour, his usually pristine robes now darkened and clinging to him. “Very well,” he said with a playful grin, “but remember, this is your idea.”

Elrond, I know you've been feeling bad lately and I have something that might cheer you up. *pulls two orange kittens out of jacket* kittens always make everything better!

Elrond’s eyes softened as he looked at the kittens. A rare smile touched his lips. “Ah, you and your interesting methods of cheering me up. How delightful,” he grinned as he observed the cats in your hands.

Elrond, what if fingers became toes and my toes became fingers? And then my bellybutton became my nose while my nose became my bellybutton? And then I was covered in hair from head to toe, would you still love me?

“Why must you torment me this way?” he muttered with a small smile playing on his lips while pinching his nose bridge as he set aside a scroll to utter something under his breath. “You have been spending too much time with my sons.”

Elrond can you crush lavender for me to smoke? It helps me sleep and deal with my anxiety along with a few other herbs

“Of course. I’ll get started on it right away, so why don’t you have a seat and get comfortable,” he offered in return as he fluttered past you to gather the necessary equipment.

Elrond, clearly lying: no, no you’ll be ok…

my little brother: yah, he’s right you’ll be ok, it’s nearly a flesh wound!

me; oh, your right, I’m not even bleeding! *pulls out dagger* false alarm im ok!

my brother: Uh, Elrond… you ok?

“You are a danger to yourself more than anyone else! Stop moving and lie still, will you! And give me that, please,” he cried out, ready to tug his hair strands out as he pried the dagger out of your grasp. “I might have to strap you down to a bed for your own safety. My goodness! By Eru child!”

So Elrond, what if I just bit you out of the blue because I felt like it and I wanted to and because you look good????

“Well, for starters, that is unhygienic. You have no idea what my skin has come in contact with for the day. Two, I will take that as a compliment of being told I look good, but I’m not that good enough to eat—please get real food. And three, well…don’t bite me in public. Behind closed doors is more appropriate,” he replied, hiding a pleased smirk behind the sheet of paper covering his face.

Elrond, writing in elvish is so difficult, but I do enjoy that the letters and words have little hats

Humoured at your description, he cast a teasing grin at you. “Have you come across any with shirts, tunics and trousers yet?” he questioned with humour in his tone, laughing along at his words. “Quite an interesting way to find a bit of joy in learning our language. I must say, you have been doing well over the past month—don’t worry about the difficulties, you’ll get to the end successfully. You’re going great.”

Elrohir, I was wondering if you could teach me how to ride a horse? I'd love to ride with you but horses kind of scare me.

Sensing your nerves, he walked over with a grin, ready to comfort you. “No need to fear,” he assured while motioning to his trusty horse. “I’ll be right beside you. Just hold on tight and trust me.” With a playful wink, he added, “Besides, I promise to catch you if you fall.”

Elrond *working hard in his office*

Y/N *pops her head in and sneaks over, knowing that Elrond could sense her coming, and proceeds to plant a soft kiss on his temple before stepping back out*

Shaking his head at your thoughtfulness, he smiled at his papers as you merrily skipped out the room. With a bounce in your step, you shuffled out the room after spreading your infectious joy whenever you went. It was an aspect he was grateful for. Having you shed light through your gestures as little as they might be brought him serenity.

Hi Elrond! I've been very depressed and tired and...god it's all too much can I please have a hug?

Encasing you in his arms, his left hand tenderly stroked your head while his other rubbed your back. In the background, the warm fragrance of orange and cinnamon waffled throughout the air, coming in contact with your senses and allowing you to further melt in his embrace. “All is well. Worry not.”

*Elrond looks up from the book in his hands*

y/n: i-I’m with child…y-yours.

*y/n then slams her eyes shut and looks away, half expecting him to be angry or leave her like e tone else has*

“My dear, why do you fear what is considered a blessing and good news?” he expressed, concerned as he discarded his book to rush towards you. At first, he hesitated as his hands hovered over your non-existent bump before gradually nearing and resting his palms against the spot. He could sense the vitality and it left him in awe. “My dear, I—I’m lost for words. I’m gladdened and overcome with joy! Be not sad for this is a moment to celebrate.”
