Rainbow chicken salad

It may not look very aesthetic but it does the jobbbb :D

How to make:

2 chicken breasts (seasoned with whatever you want)cut into small chunks

Cook in a pan with water and put lid on to steam for about 10 mins at about 5 mins add broccoli, cauliflower and carrot to steam with the chicken

Add lettuce, cucumber, red cabbage, sweetcorn and whatever else you would like

( this makes about 4 portions)

About 63 c@ls per portion (estimate)

I’d recommend making a dressing to go along with it :3
