今日は良い１日だった！

早番仕事のんびりして～、韓国語復習して過ごした。

今日から、体重測定とオートミールとジム再開した。

これ初めて買ったけど、ほんまに美味しく食べ��て感動した！おすすめ！

職場用と家用で買った。

そして安定のお茶漬けの素が一番米っぽくて美味しいですねぇ。

9月初めてのジム行った。

クライムミル20分した。久しぶりにしたからめっちゃ疲れた。体が重ーい！！！！🐖

私は早く起きました。スーツケースを持ってバス･ステーションへ行きました。バス･ステーションからコーチバスでウィーンに行きました。午後5時ごろホテルに着きました。チェックインした後、レストランで夕食を食べました。とても暑い日でした。(--_--)
