♕ - Being met with that offer already serves as an interesting enough spin upon their day. Recon for threats, more indoor oriented training, needless to say an idea of releasing that concentration into a form better suited between action and fun causes those eyes to brighten with a familiar, jovial nature. That energy within his veins already swings a brand of agreement before his words could come forth. Watching that twinkle within Mulan’s eyes only solidified the conscious thought bounces ripples within his mind. The two of them really could use this brand of exertion.

Sora’s eyes would cast a knowing look of challenge to the behemoth of a mountain that climbed skyward, countless years of formation causing a rebellious spike upon it’s peak to stab into the skies. A thoughtful hum eases from his lips as he pretends to mull the idea over, as if he was going to say anything else besides ‘yes.’ “I’ll do you one better, if I manage to lose this one, I’ll personally battle the kitchen myself to make you a memorable meal. How does that sound for extra motivation?” He muses, holding no quarter upon that cocky tint within his tone.

”Any rules ya wanna stick to this one, Mulan? I know me n’ you both got our bag of tricks, but I’m curious as to how you want to play this particular race out.” After all, the biggest delight to be held is their aligned idea of fairness, to ensure it’s a matter of them embracing the wild flight of being neck to neck, skill to skill and not something menial like oversights coming to spoil what could be a genuinely fun contest.

To think this would be his new version to those olden days of sprinting across those sunkissed, sandy shores of Destiny Island.

"Hmmm..." she considered the other's words and had to agree. She would hope to have a ruler who was conscious enough of themselves to question their abilities. "Thank you, that does ease my mind some."
