If you're blind, how can you use a computer?

I can use a computer as a blind person because, as I've said before and apparently have to say again: Blindness is a spectrum. It's not 20/20 or complete darkness. I am legally blind, but still have some useable vision. ( If you must know details, I'm totally blind in one eye and have no depth-perception or peripheral vision in the other ). I use a white cane to navigate the world, and large text/zoom features to use electronics. If you have an issue with me calling myself blind, take it up with the literal team of optometrists who diagnosed me as legally blind.

Large brown eyes blink up at him, doe-like, heartfelt in their gentle befuddlement. It is one of her great, secret fears --- That Robb is unhappy, that she has made him unhappy. He was promised already, after all, and had broken off that betrothal to marry her. ( Marry her because he had dishonored her, because he had no other choice, and for that Jeyne will always feel a hint of guilt ).

She knows what the northmen think of her, what they say about her when her back and Robb's are turned. ( She has heard them, a time or two, when they did not know she was there, the mocking toasts to THE QUEEN WHO COST THE NORTH ).

Lyanna does not want to be his darling. Robert is charming, and certainly handsome enough, but she has heard tales of his exploits. Whispers of bastard babes and ruined girls follow Robert like a trailing cloak.

She has always heard that men will take mistresses, that it is simply their wont, but her lord father has never been unfaithful to her own mother, and Lyanna has enough pride ( or wolf-blood, perhaps ) to demand that her husband afford her the same respect. She does not think Robert Baratheon, for all Ned loves him, is that kind of man.

Part of her doesn’t wish to marry yet, anyhow. She is still a young girl, after all, and dislikes the idea of leaving home and family behind. Still, she is a maiden, flattered by the attention of a handsome gentleman, and she puts aside her misgivings for the moment.

❝ My father has chosen you for my husband, ❞ Lyanna replies, ❝ So I suppose if anyone is your darling, it ought to be me. ❞ She feels a blush heat her cheeks, but she doesn’t look away, as she has seen other girls do. Let him meet her eyes, and remember how he has dishonored her, even before their wedding.

She does not think professions of love could change a man’s nature, but perhaps she could try.

Why do you never actually write anymore?

Assuming this is an honest, good-faith question, just for the hell of it.

I am an adult with a job that takes up a lot of my writing time. Now, I'm off for the summer, but I still have things to do at home. My grandpa and my stepdad have both been in the hospital within the past couple weeks, so I've been kind of distracted. I know my time where I'm able to be online is more limited than it used to be, so most of the things I write go in the queue. I don't have a writing quota I have to meet. This is my hobby, not my jobby. If you have a problem with a lack of writing on my blog, you can feel free to fuck off.
