{ ♪ } -- She'd been in process of working on something at her desk. Basil knew well that he had free reign of her home, having even gone so far as to give her friend a spare key. As such, she didn't really react when she heard the door open and him call out. It wasn't until she stood, still staring down at the papers in her hands and she felt his arms wrap around her middle that she stopped, giving a little giggle.

Her hands dropped to rest on his arms, gently returning the hug to the best of her ability.

"Hi there, cattivello! I hope you're doing well today."

She was sitting quietly, letting Recovery Girl tend to her. Bella had been hit rather hard with the effects of a quirk, leading to quite a few injuries all over her arms, legs, and torso. It had all been because she'd shoved Basil out of the way to keep her already-injured friend from getting hit with something worse.

The youthful heroine had already tended to him, so Bella was now at the mercy of her sharp tongue. Just because she was the older woman's "apprentice" of sorts didn't mean that she got spared the harsh lectures, either. But, still, the redhead's focus was on Basil.

"You were already hurt, and a hit like that to someone who can't regenerate could've been a lot worse... I didn't want to see you have to go to the hospital."
