born in osaka, chiaki attended an all girls school where she sung in the choir. her parents saw her talent and decided to put her in vocal lessons. originally she wanted to be an actress but after discovering girl's generation around 2010 her dream quickly changed to being an idol. she flew to korea on vacation with her family where she decided to audition for orca in-person. thanks to her vocal abilities, she was accepted and made her debut in 2018.
