i’m assuming this doesn’t mean what is neo’s favorite scene, and rather what’s my favorite scene for neo. in which case, yang vs neo. i mean, come the fuck on.

look at this shit. it was the first real scene of neo we ever saw (all the way back in vol 2, too. we only knew her weapon, her name, and a vague idea of her semblance) and it was the scene that actually made me stop writing an oc and pick up neo.

2. Do you have any controversial headcanons that go against what is generally accepted by the fandom? Do you incorporate this into writing your muse or keep it to yourself?

i guess the most significant ones (not really controversial bc i am not particularly controversial) are that; A. neo is not a fuckin sex-crazed goblin, and B. she’d rather have safety over roman. after all, roman provided a form of safety for her, and that’s what she latched onto in particular.

as for if i incorporate this into writing, i’d like to say i do? but, realistically, i don’t have a lot of opportunities to write about roman n neo’s relationships in character. i’d say i do incorporate the fact neo isn’t a sex-crazed goblin into my writing pretty well, though.

14. What is your ideal AU for your muse?

ideal, probably my canon divergency for her. hell, it started off as an AU before i realized that holy fucking shit canon neo was goddamn BORING to fucking write.

if i can alter it to be my favorite AU for neo, either my future verse or my gods verse. future verse neo fucked off to mistral to live in its underbelly for the rest of her life, and gods verse neo is a god (goddess? idk) of deceit, revenge, and exiles. they shapeshift a LOT in that verse.

honestly one of the ships ive written the most of, except maybe neo n roman, and i’m not quite sure why. also not quite sure why i like it so much, either. both are atlas natives, except from the opposite sides of the economic scale. neo’s upbringing was in somewhat severe poverty, and weiss was pretty much the rich of the rich, weiss is/was a goody goody two shoes, neo is used to crime and killing, weiss is a shit fighter and neo is better, etc. both, however, are also exiled from their family which is kinda nice ig.

good ol silent knight. possibly the most vanilla ship i have for neo, and honestly one of my favorites. the idea of these two people who have lost someone they were very close to because of cinder bonding is a+. even more when you consider that jaune can amplify auras to heal people, my neo has her vocal cords severed, put 2 n 2 together to make 5 and hey presto, neo could talk again.

i mean, it wouldnt work like that, but its nice to think of. also, silent knight is a good ship name

every single one of my muses loves food, in some way or the other. neo loves mistralian streetfood, jenna n elm love vacuan bbq, et. i, also, love food. imo, im fine with people doing this.

14. What is your opinion on formatting, editing and icons within the community? How do you style your own, do they differ from muse to muse?

i cant trash talk formatting cos i do it. the one thing i really hate is when people use those fucking Tiny Ass Stars for links on a blog. as for style, its a simple grey border around the image, with perhaps a psd on it if i feel fancy

18. What draws you to roleplaying as a hobby? What do you find fun?

i like writing, i like creating relationships between fictional characters, i enjoy the community. ez enough.

i imagine pokemon in rwby would have grimm in there, tbh. maybe have the two brothers but as pokemon? like a dialga/palkia sorta deal. everything else is pretty similar though.  6 pokemon in a party, same sort of stories in the games, i would be interested to see how it’d integrate auras/semblances though. maybe each type would have its own semblance? steel might have an semblance that just lets it tank stuff better, idk.

as for neo’s favorite pokemon, i kinda already answered this one in the writeup for my pokemon verse, but she’d be a fan of mimikyu. something hiding underneath a disguise to appear better liked? thats 100% a neo vibe. other ones might be darkrai, zoroark, or ditto.

coming out of the gate swinging is arguably one of the first neo ships ever thought of, if not the first. turns out height differences are inherently erotic, and especially when the smaller one kicks ass. do i particularly write this ship with anyone rn? not really. does this ship have anything going for it other than opposites attract? also not really. do i still absolutely love this ship and everything about it?

the other ship that could conceivably be the first one ever thought of, and probably is the first one ever thought of. interesting side effect of writing neo is that, obviously, you attract every single roman writer within a 500 mile radius, and i’m no exception. however, to me the idea of writing neo n roman romantically is... fucky. they always seemed to have a more father/daughter or sister/brother relationship to me, and i really like the platonic life partners trope. i will say though, crawl out of love by illenium is the romantic neo x roman song.
